Front desk employees are amazing. The room was very clean. Very well maintained property. 5 mins or less to several food places and 2 mins from wal mart. It's extremely quiet and peaceful.
This hotel should not be in business I was appalled at the fact that the man would rent me a room at all 70.00 for a nasty dirty smelly room air conditioner didn’t work or tv no towels or soap feces on toilet seat. I can’t believe I entertained the idea of actually staying for about two disgusting minutes when I went to ask for my cash back he wanted to know why so he could tell his boss… I said I was sorry but I couldn’t stay in a place like that
Just a low budget motel, but the rooms were clean and it wasn't in a sketchy location within eye shot of a Walmart

70$ a night to have to go and get your own toilet paper… sitting here at 2 AM listening to a couple upstairs fighting throw stuff. Came in had to make my own bed had to put up my own shower curtain had to sweep and mop my own floor and I also had to scrub my own toilet which was disgusting. this place is honestly ridiculous, and should not be able to call itself a motel. Manager bases prices off of who you are what you look like and what you have to offer. I’m paying $70 a night and two other people that I talk to you are paying $55 a night.
First time I stayed here.. perfect stay.. today however I couldn't sleep due to the ac shutting off every 30 min and someone outside playing music very loud.. all damn night... I won't be back
Service was ok and straight to the point. The location and price was good. The people above though sounded like two rhinos in the heat of the moment going at it!! Would I stay there again? Sure. I just didn't enjoy the noise of the rhinos in rut above me.
Third time staying at this little roadside mom-n-pop inn. Yeah it's a little dated but the place is clean. The towels and sheets are fresh and soft. The staff is friendly and professional. No sign of any kind of insects as mentioned in a previous review. Personally I would recommend any friend or family member visiting the area to stay there. If you want more luxurious accommodations I'm sure you can find a newer place. If you don't want to drop that kind of money though, Budget Inn is the place to stay. We'll see you soon.
Beautiful park. I'm not sure if it's allowed but would be great place for the kids to play in the water on a hot day. There is a machine fish food pellets to feed the fish for a quarter. Interesting place/history.
