Budget Inn - Motel in Austell - 1650 Blair Bridge Rd, USA

Don't know much about those place. Good location but seems a bit old. Needs renovated

They have started bugging their rooms. House keeping is rude and they act like they don't understand English when they actually do. I heard and saw the old lady talking to someone. The rooms are not worth the amount they charge. The house keepers don't clean correctly and they don't change sheets. First night I got a room I had to take all the sheets off because they were dirty you can tell they didn't clean or change them. The people in the office are rude too. Idk if it's because they have to deal with their whole family living there or what. The family has majority of the rooms in the front building. There's a couple rooms on second level that have bad leaky tubs as well. You guys should get that fixed asap. Hopefully you'll fix it because of this review because you never fixed it when i was there. Horrible customer service. They like to watch and see what you take in your room too. They basically harass you without trying to let you notice them. Not worth going, not even for a night. They're the worst one I've ever been to. Everyone should start calling BBB and anybody else you can find. They need to improve their business or shut down. & This place does not have a pool(seen from another review).

Trying to retrieve property that was left 2 days ago. Flower duffle bag with Walmart bags. Closed my door when I was outside. I just want my property. Room 139 the room I didn't change. I called wasn't resolved.

Let me tell you about these weird, messy people. It's a family owned business. About 10 family members live there. The 2 sons keep up mess among the guests. Going around telling people to harass a woman whom I never seen do anything but mind her business, take care of her kids and go to work. I told this lady what they were doing and she told me that one of them randomly showed up at her son's job after he has asked him the day before where he worked. The next day he was there. They are in close contact with the police and have no life whatsoever. They are just in everybody's business because most ppl stay there long term. The rooms are nasty and they are very unprofessional. Me and my husband left because we wasn't feeling the place or their behavior.

I was there to help a couple that had to leave the room and a rainy day because their bus ticket was late, I pay for the room I have no idea what the situation is in the area but I know it's a nice location

Quick & easy service, clean room, affordable price, quiet environment. Thanks! We would definitely stay again the next time we visit Six Flags, as it’s very close to the park. The staff was friendly and helpful, as well.

Definitely wasnt the cleanest, but they made sure to change my sheets and towels regularly. Me and my 3yr old stayed for a week. Wasn't bad at all nice quiet place and there's alot in the area too.

Wow loved staying there highly recommended. Great staff very friendly. Clean rooms. They were nice enough to come knock on my door at 11am checkout to ask if I wanted to stay another day. I'm so glad they did I over slept that time. Lol. Great Staff. Thks. For the alsome service.!!
