Clean! The rooms are nicely updated, the beds are comfortable, good location. We had a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave in our room. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. No complaints, and we will definitely stay again and recommend it.

Great motel. Super cheap , quiet and the woman at the front desk is so kind. Clean rooms and close to everything. Even a church right next door for the church goers that are traveling. I highly recommend and will stay again if I ever come through again. Thank you. Great little motel

Positive: Hotels, motels, and rental properties are becoming increasingly expensive, making it challenging for travelers to find decent lodging at an affordable rate. However, Budget Inn Motel in Muskogee, Oklahoma, is a great option for travelers like myself. Negative: Recommend to everyone

I've ended up having to stay in a hotel a lot longer than I was planning to, and I'm so glad I chose to stay here! The rooms are great, everyone is really nice and helpful. Staying here has made an otherwise tough time very enjoyable!

I stayed here when I was in town for the Flower Power cycling event and I didn't have any issues. The room was quiet, the parking lot is well lit at night, and I like that it's one story. Its not fancy so if you're coming here with higher expectations you may be disappointed but it was perfect for what I needed and would stay here again.

The room was clean, quiet and for a very reasonable price met most of my needs. One issue was the outlets on either side of the bed both USB and for 110 V AC. Some of the outlets were not working so when I plugged in my various electronic devices to charge overnight, to my surprise, they were not charged in the morning. In addition to the charge on my credit card for the room rate, there was an additional $100 charge which I assume is a security deposit. I will be looking closely to make sure that is credited as the room was left in excellent shape. Several days prior to arriving, I messaged the motel through the booking site I used, which was Expedia. For security reasons, I needed to bring my bicycle in the room and asked if I could have a first floor room. They did not respond to me until several days after I had left. You can see their response in the attached photo.

So was very happy at first they was nice but come check out time I went to get my 50 doller deposit and the wife said the sheets had a blue stain and was making every excuse not to give me my deposit back but I always take video and photos of the rooms so all that being said I will not be going back there for a room at all. I will say rooms are nice but just check your covers and sheets and plug ins amd all that

I paid for 1 night off of Expedia app I called this hotel to make sure of the room prices and to find out if they had extra fees. I was quoted the same price that I had previously paid for the 1 room for 1 night I am on a breathing apparatus and I had an appointment at Local hospital. After my appointment I went to the hotel to find out I can not use the room I had previously paid for because the manager said I needed to give him a 100.00 cash deposit. I explained that I was not aware of this extra charge. I am a congested heart failure and renal failure status. I am also a Disabled Vet, I was weak and tired and had no more money until the following day. I was emotionally a wreck and I'm diabetic and up a creek with out a paddle. The rain had set in and I drove a long way home returning from Muskogee. I'm am really upset with this hotel and Expedia I had asked both for a refund and I had asked Expedia to move me to a hotel for I have already paid for 1 night. The answer was no And the policy of Expedia needed to talk to the manager of the hotel to get permission to give me a refund. As convenient as it was the person who answered the phone said to Expedia to call back and the manager will be available. Well the manager and the person who did answer once for Expedia stopped answering the phone for the rest of the night. So of course I was informed that because Expedia didn't get permission from the manager of the hotel I will not be getting a refund. So I'm am not just upset for false advertising of the hotel but also with Expedia. The policy says that I would have a refund if I had to council my reservation. I get it ... I am An American Disabled Vet On top of this the front of the office roof had some of the roof missing, leaving it open being dangerous. Orange cones were all over the place. I will never use this service again I took all necessary steps To have a seamless stay in Muskogee Budget Inn Never Again
