Budget Inn Motel - Motel in Woodburn - 485 N Pacific Hwy, USA

No stars is what should be given. Rm 122 was 500 a week. The floor was caving in there was no foundation under the building it is literally built on a mysterious buldge that the bed teeter totters on. The roof is also caving in and structural cracks on the wall and ceiling are visible. The gas stove was not hooked up and it was so old I didn't trust it even if they could have hooked it up. The dresser drawers were broken and unusable. The bathroom was mildew Snelling and the toliet rocked and the lid was busted off. The place was so dirty that our bran new white socks turned black from the filthy floor a whole pack of socks we wore the week there were so black I just threw them away. There is cob webs that's are dangling from every place possible. The whole 2 towels I got ended up also black from cleaning the bathroom and counters in kitchen just so we were able to even use the space otherwise the place was unliveable. Not to mention the internet is not working coreectly and is not secured there is no password and it is only 2.4 gig hertz that I never even got to use as the network only came visible when it wanted almost as if my phone was hacked with it being unsecured. Finally the owners were so rude and watched my every move and did not allow any guests and tried to make my friend and I fight saying he had women over when I was gone. Yeah the delivery lady as he showed me the camera footage. I'm glad I made it out of there. One good thing the ac was nice and cold. But the nasty dirty blankets made it hard to lay down and enjoy the coldness.

Honestly, the owners are nice people. I am not sure if they have maids or not, but upon entering the room, it was pretty dirty. There were cigarette burns in the blankets and gum stuck to the headboard. The bathrooms didn't even appear to be cleaned, and smelled like pee. (The last person forgot to flush, because there was pee in the toilet and the smell faded after flushing) The fact there was a cleaning fee, when the room clearly wasn't even cleaned prior to my stay, is a little irritating. Really is the Budget Inn. The wifi is literally non-existent. Make sure you have plenty of hot spot!

Mostly clean. Shower curtains needed stain removal and caulking in shower/bath needed removing, cleaning and replacement. Also, carpets in room made my feet black, in need of a serious cleaning! Check in clerk/owner (?) was very nice and lent me an iron because there was not one in room. No coffee maker or hair dryer. Maybe the going rate in the neighborhood was high, I didn't check but I think for the price there should have been more amenities like a coffee maker in room. Plenty of hot water but the beds were very hard!

This motel is deceiving from the outside to say the least. Instead of outdated furnishings, we found our room to be updated and very clean! The room very clean and the bed's we're comfortable. The motel is well lit and safe. We found the management to be extremely nice and went out of their way to help my elderly mother. What an expected delight! Thank you

I was quite surprised how nice this place was. The people running the motel spent a lot of time on the grounds and building. There was no spider webs around the light fixtures, doors, windows or corners. There wasn't any leaves or debri anywhere on the parking lot. The rose garden was well kept. The room 106 ( okay, the number 0 was missing)was actually clean and inviting plus the air conditioner worked great. All and all it was a good experience and I would highly recommend this place to stay .

I like this place because its quiet and more private than most motels. However, i was very disappointed with my room on my last stay. The room was dirty, the bathtub/shower looked like it hadnt been cleaned or sanitized in a very long time. The dead bolt on the door did not work, there was literally only ONE bath towel, no hand towels, no wash cloths, just a single bath towel. There was no curtain in the kitchen window so the sun was just blinding through plus anyone who walked by could easily see in. Just wasnt happy or satisfied with the entire stay.

Housekeeping stole my legally purchased cannabis. Room smelled like past drug manufacturing. Sheets were never changed, just covered, per the same Pube I saw in the sheets for over 3 days even though the bed was made. Also, a full sized older fridge that was very loud and made no sense being in there since there was no stove or kitchen. Had to unplug due to noise.

We read the tripadvisor reviews of the "Budget Inn" at 425 N. Pacific Highway, called and they had a room. Tapped the navigator and we were taken to the address. The desk person said they had no rooms, but this was the "Woodburn Inn" not the Budget Inn, which was down the street at 1025 NPH. He said both properties are owned by the same family, I must have been confused, my navigator was wrong. ||||Went down the street to the other Budget Inn. The owner said he had no rooms. I said I just called 10 minutes ago, you had rooms. He said no, waving toward my vehicle with the dog sticking its head out the window and said "No pets." I told the owner he was a service dog and had documentation. He then refused to give me a non-smoking room that he said he had a few minutes ago because I had the dog and I did not "reserve that way." This went on for a few minutes, they took me to the room and it did not smell too smoky. I went back to the desk and another person told me there were no refunds and they would charge all the damages my dog was going to do to my credit card. ||||I should have left here, but my husband was ready to relax.||||We went to the room and they do not even try to clean. This is not they do not scrub the grout not clean, this is absolutely no effort not clean. Dusty, debris on the floor, food splatters on the side of the fridge from someone using the stove. Maintenance is a low priority. I wish I would have paid attention when I checked for the smoke smell. ||||The remote for the TV did not work, the toilet made a strange moaning sound, the mirror in the bathroom was cracked. I went to ask about maybe batteries for the remote and she did not have any, reminded me of the no refunds policy (although I had not asked for one) and they had no other rooms. Obviously they had been down this road before. ||||There was an office style rolling chair and a side chair that looked like someone had left at the curb and these people took it. Not a thing on the walls. The bed was hard with one scratchy sheet and a spread with multiple cigarette holes. The AC unit tried, but did not keep up. The smoke detector beeped for awhile during the night, but no one answered the phone or door at the front. It quit beeping after a while. ||||There were a few colorful characters at this hotel. It does not give you a feeling of safety ||||I can usually find one nice thing to say about a property, but I cannot think of anything. ||||I
