Budget Inn - Motel in Burlington - 1824 US-130 North, USA

I usually don’t do reviews because nothing changes. But I have to put my experience here. I was staying there last week for a few days and I immediately wanted to turn around. The whole building was scorching hot and musty. There were kids all over the hallways running in and out. I went to my room and immediately noticed they had a bug issue. In those 3 days not once has there been room service, trash takeaway, nothing. My face literally broke out from day one. It was just a mess. They didn’t even have ice. But don’t worry cuz when you put stuff in the fridge everything freezes. Smh! I wouldn’t recommend staying there unless it’s a dire need!

Dirty Dirty .Run down. Walls half painted. Smells Went there to help some one out Whos homeless. $$ shame shame 90.00 plus a night. That what they charge .Sad . Needs a deep cleaning . You can over look the run down broken furniture . Mixed match furniture. If it was just clean. Fix the dead bolts on the doors.

Asked him for a shower/ not staying over night, he said $60 for just a shower and $90 for the night 😂

The size of the room was very decent for me and my 2 teenage son's, however everything was DIRTY‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ I had to clean the sleeping area, the kitchen and the bathroom. I was placed here by NJ 211 to prevent homelessness and was sent to this motel on a Saturday and they paid until Monday check out and I was going to pay daily, paid for Monday and when I went to pay on Tuesday, I was told I had to leave because they was putting another family in my room, so I asked for another room and I was told no. So I had to pack up all of our belongings and go to another motel. The staff there was very, VERY RUDE‼️‼️‼️ I would only recommend this place if it was the last place on earth to stay.

Needs to be shut down !! Health dept called !! This place is not healthy !! HUGE, HUGE , HUGE BUG PROBLEM !!!! They said they clean the place but upon entering you can tell that wasn’t true. Stains everywhere from the top to the bottom of the entire place. Only people who don’t care about their life should enjoy this place !!!

I went to event where I was used near a hole downstairs. It was spacious and clean. We had a DJ and lots of food. Very enjoyable. Did I use the rooms or service so I don't know what the quality of the service from the workers or

Very dangerous motel (number 1 public nuisance of Burlington Township). A V O I D if you value your safety and have any degree of self respect. Arrive as one. Leave with a thousand new friends (dust mites, bed bugs, roaches). Police are called to and can be observed at this motel several times every day. High drug usage by trashy, mentally deranged, full time residents both welcomed, hosted and tolerated by the unprofessional, right off the boat, third world, unprofessional and obnoxious management. Grossly unsanitary body fluid stained and cigarette burned, third world quality, decades old box springs, mattresses, sheets and towels. Bed covers are N E V E R washed. Unsanitary water.

*****>Regarding those housed by Human Services<**** $20 a night if you have a guest spend the night. Be prepared to be pestered for it. (I'm so sure they add it to their "books") 🤐 One of the front desk clerks mysteriously obtains female guests phone numbers and propositions them... Sometimes even so generously waiving the "guest fee" in exchange for 'favors' Otherwise it's a decent living space. NO WIFI is a deal breaker.
