Never pick up their phone and worst customer service ever. They wanted to see everyone ID even if you shortly visiting a guest and you paid extra money for visiting

Horrible place, they keep changing up prices, one night was 100 we asked how much for an hour because we where traveling, and she said 65 an hour most uneducated, poorest, stingy people I’ve ever met. They look pretty slow. I would never recommend this place ever. Cockroaches everywhere. So we came back after saying okay to see if we find another place for one night and then she said 135$? Like how stupid can you be.

We paid $80 plus tax which is $20 more than we usually pay at Sunshine Inn. The room was much smaller & the TV wouldn't work, the Wi-Fi didn't work & the shower is so close to sink I could barely get in & out. I couldn't even comfortably wash my hair without hitting my elbows on concrete. I have red hair...there were long black hairs all over the towels & sheets. Please do yourself a favor & stay at Sunshine inn

It was the least expensive. I needed a parking spot, locking door, bed, warm shower, and a towel. That's what I got. However, my room smelled like Mr. Clean floor cleaner SO BAD that when I got home and opened my suitcase the smell was STILL overwhelming! ||The only other complaint was that they didn't provide shampoo in the room. First place I have stayed that didn't do that.

I had an Emergency and required a hotel quite unexpectedly. I went across the street to Travel Inn but there weren't any single rooms available. This was a pretty rough neighborhood but then I saw the sign advertising "Budget Inn". I work for Wyndham Hotels but had heard of Budget Inn. I figured how bad could it be? Turns out the man and woman who accomodated me were extremely pleasant. The only issue I wasn't too pleased about was my room was the one IMMEDIATELY adjacent to Dixie Highway. I inquired if I did decide to spend another night, would they have any other rooms available - away from the roar of the traffic. They stated they could switch me in the morning. Turns out the noise wasn't as bad as I expected.. Yes, I WAS surprised at how small the room and bathroom was but after spending over $1000 at Motel 6, it certainly was nice that Budget Inn contains BOTH a small refrigerator AND microwave in EACH room. Motel 6 has only ONE Microwave for the ENTIRE Motel! (No refrigerators.) I was too exhausted to even turn on the television set at Budget Inn, but the WiFi was PERFECT. And this hotel does NOT Charge extra for WiFi. As far as the complaint above regarding the NOISE of the air conditioner? Well, in all of my stays at over 40 Hotels/Motels, this Air Conditioner HAD to be the BEST! Yes, a tad bit "noisy" but at least it was BIG, definitely blew COLD Air, and the Thermostat worked perfectly. And as far as the other complaint about "No Shampoos, etc."? Most of the smaller hotels around here in South Florida do NOT provide anything but Soap. The towels were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the 2 Employees (man/wife?) were extremely professional. The bad: Door had only 1 lock, there was no chain lock. I put the nightstand in front of the door and wedged it between the bed. The shower curtain had blood on it, the towels were stained with black spots. The air conditioner sounded like it was going to blow up and the smell of musty water blew out as the air came out. Dixie hwy is a very busy road and it is very loud.||||The good: The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The location of this hotel was horrible , the rooms were very small , the bathroom .. Well my closet is bigger than their bathroom . I knew I was in trouble when I had to stand outside and conduct business ! ||This is a room to conduct "business" in not one to relax and feel safe and secure in . Luckily I was able to get a refund but I really didn't care if I got a refund or not I was leaving that's how bad it was .

They've good price, rooms are clean and the people at front desk are nice
