Budget Inn La Puente - Motel in La Puente - 15412 Francisquito Ave, USA

Really unprofessional and dishonest people I was charged $185 + $100 deposit for a room which is the price online and the different hotel apps. The guy at the front desk working night shift said they wouldn’t keep the deposit that I would get it back. Once I return the room key the next morning I was told that I didn’t give a deposit that I had been charge 285$ for the room that the other 100$ was not a deposit but part of the payment no where online is there a room that cost that. I don’t understand why they would rather lose a costumer over 100$ .. DO NOT get a room here Is not worth the price and getting upset. The lady working there was the one who wouldn’t give me my deposit back and look like she was forcing the other guy to agree with her because once I got to talk to him away from her it look like he was trying to give me my money back but once she came back he wasn’t able to because she kept on saying no the room was 285$ you didn’t give a deposit. VERY UPSETTING BECAUSE THATS 100$ I didn’t get back!!!!

Budget inn has been a great to me . The rooms are very clean. Very comfortable. And they keep it so it not a party inn great place for a great date or great night sleep 😴. The owners of very great too very friendly

I cannot believe this people here are just racist I came here multiple times to try and get a room if your young they won't rent a room they make up all sorts of excuses to not rent you. Note I called after and they said they had 2 rooms available. That's completely unprofessional do not come here it's a waste of time if your in your 20 or 30s

Booked a 2 beds with my son arrived to check in went in to use bathroom and had my other older children help me bring up my things and where going to leave and he kicked me out. Bad customer service and now have to wait for my refund. Need new personal and management. Stayed here before always done the same thing and never had a problem.

Clean, quiet rooms with fridge and microwave. I would rate it a lot higher except that the lighting is unbearably bright and stark, with no ability to fob or mute. It is like staying in an operating room.

This place isn’t fancy or decked out in rich jewelled decor. But the couple who run it keep it clean and my room is always well-stocked with the amount of towels and pillows they know I enjoy. The room is always clean and the bathroom is too. The microwave and fridge both function well as do the television and air-conditioner. || Quite important is the fact that it’s safe and that means a lot to me. They’re always very sweet and happy to give me a room.

Had a mesirable experience with Jay, the old grumpy man in the receiving. Rudest of all the rudest. Not hospitable. Be careful with him. Everytime we would request for something like spoon or fork, he would get mad and get nasty. Find another hotel around this area with more welcoming and nice staff.
