Whatever guy works there the guy with the bald spot and beard is very rude, did not listen to me when I told him I paid for an extra day. Then changed my room for no reason, we have had three interactions and he ignored me every time but listen to my non black friend. Very rude to me and my also same skin tone girlfriend, I can tell he is racist. The lady in the front desk was very nice and understanding, he tried to make her take my deposit but she did not. The front desk lady gives very good service

Worst experience I have ever had. There is no lobby, just a bullet proof window to speak through where you can barely even hear them. Had to walk back to the bullet proof window 3 times within 20 minutes on day 1 of my stay because the room key kept deactivating. Only after the 3rd time did the lady tell me that if they get ANYWHERE near an electronic device, the key deactivates. I've never heard of that. Even after keeping the key far away from any electronics, I still had to get it reactivated 5 more times throughout my stay; almost every day. They actually had the nerve to suggest that I didn't know how to open a hotel room door so I even took a video showing them it wasn't working. Once I got in the room, there where cockroaches; poop and blood stains on the sheets; and black stains on almost all of the towels. House keeping never came to my room (stayed for a week) so I had to track them down with their cart just to get basic necessities like toilet paper and soap. Don't even try the wifi because it's useless. Spoke with the owner about my horrible experience upon check out and she tells me that "we could have addressed these issues at the time but you didn't bring them up." Regardless of when I bring it up, what are you prepared to do about it? She just shrugs her shoulders. I ask her specifically what she would have done to address it at the time and all she could say on repeat like a broken record is "well we could have addressed this at the time." Clearly wouldn't have done anything to address it. I had already killed the roaches so what exactly would you have done? Given me another room? That would have been my 3rd room since getting there. Why would I want another room? So I have to tear that room apart looking for more roaches as well? Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. WILL BE speaking with health department.

Do NOT go to this hotel. The front desk lady was incredibly rude to my family. We had booked the hotel room with three people. When walking into the hotel, we were given two papers with wifi usernames and passwords, one per person. The room was set up for two people, as they have provided us with only two sets of towels. When I asked the front desk woman if we could have extra sheets of wifi(?) she gave me an attitude, saying that each room is only given 2 wifis, and any extra would be charged $2, but hesitantly gave us an extra paper after I kept explaining that we had to rely on wifi for our jobs. After putting in the wifi password, it would barely work, and when we went up to the same woman to get some assistance, she yelled at us, and repeating that it was not her problem. I highly do not reccomend this hotel as its service is terrible, and the stated "free wifi" on their page was a lie.

Unsafe and Dirty motel not hotel! Dont be tricked by this bait a switch like I was! The property has no lobby just a locked window to pass stuff through so they dont get robbed because it's in such a bad area of town. There are homeless people who are in the parking lot, so be careful of your vehicle. Then the room they gave us smelled awful, like an overwhelming cinnamon and chemical smell, the door has been clearly damaged from the room being broken into , there were stains on the sheets, the mattress is covered in plastic, even the walls were filthy. I immediately checked out and they were not interested in the slightest as to why I was unhappy or leaving. We were in the room for exactly 27 mins because it felt unsafe to be there! Then they lied about it to Expedia and said we were in the room for over an hour so they didn't have to give us a refund. If you're a female traveling alone for your own safety DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Please pay attention to this location I was booked the hotel July 2 just for one day they charge me 60$ direct deposit when I check out they not release my $60 direct deposit they hold it for 16 days. Without any issues, there are a scammer. Please be sure when you get there make it clear everything with her. There are two person working there one is man and another one is woman. There are both scammers

WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN . The front desk guy was rude and unprofessional. Had no smile on his face and didn’t guide about anything . He didn’t provide wifi code nor did explain where the room is at . The rooms are very dirty and stinky . They say it’s 100% non smoking property but the rooms smell . Furniture and walls are outdated and the bed is the worst bed I have ever slept on . It’s not worth the money . Other better hotels are charging the same price and have way much better service , rooms and amenities. Never ever coming back in my life again

Positive: Absolutely nothing staff was rude and no empathetic towards disabled veterans Negative: The hotel is located on a steep hill and turns out that the hotel whenever they get third-party bookings they deliberately to put them at the top of the hill where he stu stuck me on the top floor in the back up a hundred foot slope at 60 that I walked

Positive: It was clean Negative: Someone came into my hotel and stole some items while I was there. Staff did not want to check the cameras.
