Budget Inn - Motel in Williamsville - 8255 Main St, USA

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! This place is absolutely disgusting! Would give no stars if I could! Doors don’t shut, dead bolts don’t latch, curtains don’t close all the way. Non smoking room stinks of cigarettes and marijuana. You can see in the photos included you get a sample of marijuana that you don’t ask for! Owners are rude and will not change your room, regardless of these problems. I would rather sleep in my car than sleep here. My mom and I actually left this place and stayed at a comfort inn down the road, never felt such relief. I didn’t even want to sit on the bed. They wouldn’t refund my mom her money, we didn’t even stay there. She had to go through the site she booked and it was a fight. She finally got her money back. Avoid at all cost and don’t waste your money! Put your money towards a stay that you’ll be safe, wont worry about contracting a disease, and don’t have to worry about overall filth!

This place seems good at first. Friendly staff welcoming environment. The rooms even look nice at first. Don’t be fooled. We had cockroaches crawling around the room and the management and staff become really rude when confronted with any criticisms. I was not expecting much with the price I paid. Though was not expecting to share my room with cockroaches.

I stayed there from february 22nd to the 26th. People staying there with very rude and obnoxious up all night slamming doors getting in and out of the car I'm not sure what was going on it was kind of sketchy. Would not recommend itl

Decent rooms, mostly clean, bed was comfortable. Has a fridge and microwave in the room. Check in took a very long time even with a reservation. The place is conveniently located near food and shopping choices and is less than an hour from Niagara Falls. Rooms are a little on the high end for what it should cost

The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. The only downside was that our smoking room was rented to someone else because we arrived so late for check-in. We would definitely return the next time we're in the area!

Ok so I knew what I was getting into when I booked a $50 dollar room, that’s the only reason why I gave it two stars. But the pictures say all that needs to be said. Pretty sure these stains are blood. Buttttttttt what did I really expect? The Ritz? 🤷🏻‍♂️

I just got in a room, the registration experience was pleasant, and with no delays, very friendly attendants, with a reception that offers coffee and a place to sit down as you wait for your turn... The room is somewhat spacious, smells clean, looks clean.... there's a TV, microwave, small coffee maker, refrigerator, and even a small table with a chair, so you can sit at the table to eat! Big plus, in my case... the mattress is very comfortable, he bed sits high off the floor... All and all, I'm very happy, and love my new residence!!!... Totally recommend this place for price, location,and cleanliness.

Not bad for a budget motel. Excellent, safe location on Route 5 in Williamsville. I found it for an excellent price on booking for a Bills game night. The only drawback was the proximity to the flight path for Buffalo International Airport.
