Budget Inn Ennis TX - Motel in Ennis - 3900 N Fwy Service Rd, USA

I just needed to pull off road from the scorching heat and take a shower and get some sleep. The lack of amenities did not bother me. I needed to park directly in front of my room because I am transporting something very rare. I wanted a "motel" for nostalgic reasons.

Television wouldn't work, walls were paper thin. Room was clean but shower in co workers room didn't work,, Price was way too expensive for the quality of the rooms. Won't be back unless the price goes down about $30

For the price I couldn't expect a lot. Hard to get trash bags from morning cleaning. I could touch the walls in each side of the bed it was so small. Seedy crowd and smelled of curry. I was homeless at the time and this was affordable and not the worst considering.

Checked in and out within 30 minutes. The staff is very very rude. The place is ran down badly. But I didn’t want to prejudge. Soon as I open the door to my room there was a roach crawling on the night stand.then looked at the bed and was like hell no it looked like cum stains on the headboard and something bed bugs would be in. The pipes for the plumbing are what they want you to hang your clothes on. Walked in the bathroom and the outside of the tub was rusted. Open the shower curtain and there was a spider. They only take cash and no WiFi. I would avoid this place if I was you...

Very rude and bad customer service. Rooms need major update, even for a budget motel... it's pretty bad. Had get my money back as soon as I walked in the room. I would recommend to go up the road to a hotel near the Main Street for $10 to $15 more and you'll be glad you left that run down place. Enter at your own risk & find out for yourself.

Don't let the name of this motel fool you. It's not a budget. The only thing budget about this place is their upkeep of the rooms. They should change the name to The Roach Motel. Roaches crawling everywhere! The rooms are run down bad and everything is dirty! Two nights cost me $140 after tax. Be warned that this place is the pits. And be warned that the roaches love crawling over you while you sleep. Happy sleeping!

I was traveling with hubby.we needed a room.I went to go use bathroom.door would not close.the trim along bath coming off.open the so called curtain over window,window broke out.it had piece of wood over it.the towels were worn,should be replaced.the bedding smelled like men's Cologne. We had bedding we had in our truck.when asked if they had big rig parking.they said yes.have enough for a couple.if you want cheap.its it.45 a night.would not come back.

This has got to be the worst motel there is in Texas if I could rate it a minus 99 I would. The people that run this place is Rude and obnoxious from the moment you step in the office Not to mention the rooms are nasty and have roaches. They only take cash payment which tells me they’re screwing over our governmentThey act like you’re going to steal something I watch every move you makeThe rooms have televisions from the 1980sNo microwave no refrigeratorsThey have stain landed and only one towel and wash rag when there’s two guest and won’t give you another oneNo Wi-Fi not pet friendly nor kid friendly and you can’t have any guestYou can see the water piping through the wall the bathtubs are stained and rusted. The beds look like it has bed bugs not to Mention the sheets is all stained this looks like a motel a street walker rents by the hour. I Did Not Stay I Demanded my MONEY BACK This place is so nasty I wouldn’t let my dog stay in it
