You'll probably spend more on bug spray than it would have cost to get a better room. You're right by the main road so it can get noisy. Otherwise the owners of this gross motel are nice and soon to be the owners of 3 more motels are nice but don't really seem to care if you're there or not. Bring your sombrero... La cucaracha Edit. The room had no shower head when we arrived and also had trash from the previous tenants in there with no garbage can to dispose of it in. The remote for the TV didn't work and after we asked someone on day 2 it took 2 more days to get a universal remote. Lots of traffic in there at night even though no visitors are allowed. The only way someone can come to visit you is if they show their ID at the front desk which makes sense for this kind of establishment. They already own the motel next door, Motel 9. The doors to the room don't close right and then start beeping at you because they didn't latch. When I complained about the roach infestation they told me they're only coming out of the walls because they had the building sprayed yesterday. I should have brought some air freshener to mask the smoke smell in my "non-smoking" room. Cleanliness was suspect. I kept socks on except when showering. NO HD TV. Thankful that housekeeping was responsive to the note I left requesting supplies (TP & soap). The price was right for this place and since it was only me, I tolerated the condition. If my wife had been with me we probably would have stayed somewhere else.

This was a very well priced hotel that I lucked into while attending to a very ill family member at the local hospital there in Kissimmee. The owner was very helpful and kind and the room was exactly what I needed with a frig and microwave. Everything was clean and smelled great. The bed was comfortable and I slept great for the 19 days I ended up staying there.

This is a small hotel but it’s very clean I think i would stay there again love it thank you

This place is under new management. I must say the outside is not so pretty at all. But once you get in the room, it looks amazing, beds are comfortable, flat screen tv, balcony. The staff is so friendly and very accommodating. Pool is fun for everyone.

Wonderful and spacious room. Full size refrigerator. Nice hot shower. Cooperative maid service. They just need to offer FOX NEWS and everything else is complete

If I could I would give it no stars. The owner is rude. 300 +tax & that is like $50 more on top crazy price for a cheap hotel dryer is broken and no visitors allowed... What a rule for someone who's paying that much for A room if I'm paying for A room especially for that much I should be able to bring whoever I want
