Tiny for the amount you pay. No refrigerator and it smelled musty. Would never recommend this place to a dog never mind a human.

Man running the place very unprofessional swearing and giving us the finger slamming on door room was dirty wasn’t even in the room for a hour doesn’t need to be in business no respect for women very dirty human place needs to be closed down flys dirty linen

Shower was broken guy gave me a new head for it. Cabinets were broken. Literally every item that hat had a screw was missing a screw. Room smelled. Room had mold. AC was finicky. Bathroom door got stuck with my girlfriend inside and was missing a screw with the otherone incredibly loose about to fall off i wound up tightening it. Room was overcrowded with nasty furniture. Fridge was tiny nasty and not plugged in apon arrival. Had to buzz a bell to get in office. There was a dirty towel laying on floor behind toilet. Outlets were not in convenient locations. Bed was incredibly loud and not comfortable. Payed $200 for the worst hotel I have ever slept in or seen in my life. However the guy at the desk did seem friendly and was one of the cheapest hotels in the area does not make up for an awful hotel experience. I spoke with another guest and they had very similar experience.

Stayed at the Budget in!! Actually very happy with my stay everything was clean and the manager was extremely helpful and whenever I needed something she was Right on top of it. I had clean sheet and the bathroom was very clean. Great little place of you are looking for something cheap and convenient by the highway going north or south. Overall I'm happy with my stay and happy with my room and staff!!!

Stumbled across this horror show of a motel when we stayed later than expected visiting friends and didn't want to drive home late. There were few reasonably priced vacancies in the area die to recent power outages from the hurricane. At $100 it seemed like a great last min find||...until we arrived. The main office had all kinds of junk in it. We turned to each other and questioned if we should stay? But it was late. We entered our room and both groaned in horror. Musty, dirty, creepy, seedy. Stains on everything, inside toilet, torn blanket. This has to be the worst motel I've ever stayed in. Don't get me started on the smell. I feel gross and violated having attempted to sleep there. Should have spent more and stayed elsewhere....would have been worth the price for not feeling so disgusted.

I had a fantastic stay at this economical hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and affordability.

I want to give a fair review. After reading other reviews we wanted to cancel our booking. We ended up staying as nothing else was available (peak season for foliage photography). In response to other reviews, here was our experience in room 207. First take it has older furniture, water marks, older comforter, and some blemishes with a slight mildew smell. Bed was clean. Sheets were new and clean. Not sulfur, but hard water is cause of rings and barely noticeable odor. Our tv was new. No bugs or pest. We had a good experience and want to relay that. The price, $160 is a LOT. However, this is peak season and I see it with supply and demand. I am sure offseason prices are more in tune with what you would expect. We noticed the items outside, new toilets, old beds near dumpster shows the owner and staff are working on upgrades and improvements. This is an old building, and I am sure it has a interesting history. Yes, if someone flushes the toilet, water pressure drops. Just be aware and work with it. It is not a one star place. Three is fair based on cleanliness and knowing improvements are being made.
