Budget Inn-Beaumont - Motel in Beaumont - 5375 College St, USA

I rented a room with two for one night and when I arrive they told me a completely different price. The guy told me I couldn't have any visitors was completely rude. The bed cover smell.

My husband and I stay at this hotel a couple nights a week and the staff are both always friendly especially the lady she is always smiling and very helpful. We have never had any problems with any of the rooms we've stayed in and we have stayed in alot both top and bottom floor. The rooms are always clean with a good smell. It's always quite my husband goes to work at 4 every morning he is able to get a good night's rest Everytime we stay we will continue to stay at the hotel a couple nights a week.

Can't complain get what you pay for. They have clean and Nice little room. The water pressure is very good. A Nice dip off from my original hotels choose.

Its clean and quiet and have stayed there several times. The beds are comfortable and I will stay stay there again. However, they the owners tell you are not allowed guests. Yes, no one can stop by and say hello. Im not a child. Im 45 yrs old. They are very rude as well.

I've been sending customers to them and paying for their rooms for the last two years. Unfortunately the staff has become so rude and evasive on common questions customers tend to ask. I will not recommend them or send them any business ever again. Too bad you can't click on a negative star. As that is all they deserve at best.

To start off when I called them to check the price they told me something completely different from what they said when I arrived, the man was giving me a look as if I was bothering him. the room I stayed had roaches crawling around the refrigerator and the sink had a awful smell coming from it. Will not be staying here again I've stayed in way better hotels for the price.

This place is horrible...I would recommend that No one should stay here...my parents stayed there overnight from a long drive back to Texas, from Virginia...and my mom called me this morning stressed out because she couldn’t get any sleep...to make the long story short...my parents where eaten up by bed bugs and I was pissed about it...I made sure they got there money back but I felt that this should be known by EVERYONE!!! Do Not STAY HERE!!!!

Don’t stay here. These greasy grimy people (and I use that term loosely) kicked me out at checkout time when I went to pay for another night for some refinery workers. They didn’t even have the decency to say anything beforehand.Trust me, I wouldn’t even have been there if I wasn’t in a bind but all the other hotels in Beaumont were booked. They claim they don’t take reservations but it’s all a lie. They also didn’t even want to take my card so I had to go get cash. Oh, and I’m 39 weeks pregnant. But then again they used to the trick turning crowd. My money spends like everyone else’s. I hope they never make another dollar, no good bastards. P.S. The night clerk came to the window in her pajamas with no bra on. Just tacky and disgusting smdh.
