The rates were good the rooms were clean It was friendly service from front desk and answered all your questions about what was near by.It was a great place for a family to stay on vacation River walk is in walking distance if you like to walk Great place to stay reasonable prices

Very friendly service , angel is great, very hospitable . It's basic accomodations nothing fancy but affordable and good location

The room had no hot water, literally when you turned the hot water on nothing can out the faucet. The shower curtain had a huge mold stain on it. I left and the front desk acted as if there was nothing wrong never again. Wish I could attach a picture.

The location is very convenient, immediately in the vicinity of downtown night life. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with large beds, a micro fridge that can easily accommodate a medium pizza and a 2 liter drink, a TV with cable and selected premium channels, and an air conditioner/heater to keep them cozy. Room service is offered daily, but is not intrusive. It can usually be refused if inconvenient.

I found this motel to be easy on the wallet. My room was small but the bed was comfortable. Very friendly mom and son operation. Clean room but walls are thin, you can hear sounds from adjacent rooms. This is best to use as a one nighter. Not for family. Located in down town

Every thing was going well at first....but my job didn't pay me this week. So today me my Mom and my 6 Year old son was put out on the streets..( homeless ). I just needed a little more time. Which we didn't get.!

I stayed in Room 204 the night of January 12-13, 2017. I woke up and found a bed bug crawling on me. I put the bed bug in a bag and brought the live insect to the front desk at approximately 5:45 am and asked for a refund. I was told if I gave them the bag with the insect they would refund 50% of the room charge. Since that was unacceptable to me, I kept the insect to take pictures of. I called and spoke with the owner or manager (they didn't provide much info) later in the day and was told since I didn't leave the insect, they could do nothing for me. Other than that, the hotel was very loud and people loitering in the parking lot attempted to solicit money from me twice, but I can overlook that. Bed bugs I can't, especially with no effort on the part of ownership to rectify things.
