One star for one step up from sleeping in the car:) Very rundown place. But did not see any cockroaches 🪳. That is second star. No shampoos nor soap in the room. Need to have your own or buy at the office. Doors looked like being kicked in few times. Can see outside around door itself. Towels are gray and thin from being used many years. AC window type and super loud. They require to have cash deposit of $50. Had to find ATM and comeback again to check in. Location is great.

Arriving at this modern looking Hotel I seemingly think it's a normal Hotel until I buy a room on the first floor of this hotel which the lady at the front desk was very rude and made me wait 10 to 15 minutes for my key even though it was right in front of her the room was decently clean until I found a cockroach under my pillow when I put my head on it which also had stains on it that were yellow didn't smell like anything but I assume it was pee from a little child I was using the bathroom after were many bugs on the ground luckily they didn't touch me or climb up my legs as I was trying to fall asleep that night I heard loud banging and car sirens and I looked out the window to see a bunch of masked black people robbing this car and fighting a bunch of people as long as some other men speaking Spanish and driving by I tried to call with the phone provided in the reservated room but there was none in sight the counters smelled like an Old Rag was used to wash them in the middle of the night some dude was knocking on my door asking to see my toes I angrily refused because that is highly inappropriate and disgusting I thought it would be a good idea to come here and get away from my annoying neighbor as I was checking out I saw a very tall black dude with a ski mask trying to grab my bag I hit him with it because that is very rude and illegal and the front desk lady didn't do a single thing so I ran to my car which had been broken into luckily there was nothing in it and some Mexican people almost hit me when I was backing out of the parking lot I never would recommend this unless you are a dangerous and Reckless person

Chill little room on the office side and the person at the desk was willing to work with me. If you book online you will need a 50$ deposit in cash which is the only real downside

Satisfied with the level of service that you receive from the staff. Cleaner than usual linen and bedding real nice patio with fireplace and furniture.

Do I have to assign a star? I would give it zero stars if I could. We checked in on December 23rd and the bathroom was a disaster with the window wide open in freezing cold weather. The guy fixed it with plastic over it. We had to leave to meet family members so didn't notice anything else until we came back later. We found we had no TV, roaches in the cable box, no hot water, and just a painfully terrible experience that could have easily ruined our Christmas weekend. We noticed that the pipe for the shower head was stuffed with rags all around it. The drain in the tub had caulking sticking up all around it and the entire bathroom was just filthy. Had we had hot water, which we didn't, I would have been afraid to use that facility to bathe. The pictures on the website all show phones in the rooms, no phone existed. I can't say enough bad about this place. I cannot believe anyone would assign more than 1 star for this place. I should have read all reviews before I booked online.

This is my 3rd stay here and the non-smoking room is the nicest I have seen and the bathroom has a tub and is a great size (other rooms have tiny bathrooms and some only showers). Staff are real without that fake customer service BS. Connie is a sweetheart. I am on an extended stay and am grateful for the place.
