Horrible place to stay. This was the dirtiest place I've ever been to. I ended up not staying and they refused to give me a refund. I would recommend steering clear the photos they use to show the rooms looks nothing like the filthy cockroach invested dirty sheet having rooms. The door was previously locked in and wouldn't even shut all the way you could push it open with your hand even when locked and they said it was the safest room they had. There were also a bunch of shady people hanging all around the premises. Truly false advertisement. I'm still upset that they kept my money when I didn't even stay. WHO DOES THAT!!!

The hotel isn't as advertised firstly! Needs new management who understands this business and has real money to fix or modern it like Studio 6 that's downtown. A class action might need to be filed here as well. Rooms are not cleaned to a basic standard and as advertised. Homeless people aren't an excuse. As It should be a substance free property. Housekeeping needs real training or hire real housekeepers. The person(s) running this establishment is doing this with intent (No Refunds) and need to be stopped. (Gave a me dirty room he "thought" was clean twice) Its clear there are no systems in place here. Hotels have a legal obligation to keep their premises safe and habitable for guests, which includes keeping rooms free of pests. The National Pest Management Association (NPMA) also has guidelines for eliminating pests from hotels, including rodents, flies, roaches, bed bugs, and other insects. These guidelines include: Keeping all bedding clean, disinfected, and well-aired Not using bedding that is infested with bed bugs or vermin Keeping all floors, carpets, equipment, walls, and ceilings clean and sanitary

Idiots double charged me for my room and I had to press charges to get refunded the very obvious double charge situation. Front desk was combative about making a mistake, insisted I didn't know how cleaning deposits worked. Nah, 3 charges, 1 came back... scamming lowlife management. Obvious double charge, 1 from website 2 from hotel. :/ and the room sucked, uncomfortable, unclean, don't stay here.

AVOID THIS DUMP AT ALL COSTS!!! THIS IS A NIGHTMARE!!! LISTEN UP, TRAVELERS! Thinking of staying here? RUN FOR THE HILLS!!! This place is a total disaster zone! Here's why you should NEVER stay here: Rooms from the Stone Age: Forget anything modern or comfortable. These rooms are stuck in a time warp, with broken or missing furniture and the bare minimum of anything useful. Think rock-hard bed, maybe a dusty non-working TV, and that's about it. Paper-thin Walls: Enjoy a symphony of your neighbors' lives! Hear their conversations, arguments, and...well, let's just say privacy is non-existent. Forget a relaxing stay, you'll be wide awake with the constant noise. Bathrooms from a Horror Movie: These bathrooms are beyond disgusting. Toilets that don't work, filthy bathtubs, leaky faucets, cigarette burns everywhere...it makes you wonder if they've ever even cleaned them. Serious health hazard alert! Uncomfortable and Unhealthy Beds: The beds look like they haven't been replaced since the hotel opened. Broken frames, stained sheets, and a lingering bad odor will make sleeping a nightmare. Complaining to management? They don't care! Apparently, blaming the staff and offering zero solutions is their specialty. Absolutely No Amenities: Forget room service, forget a gym, forget even an ice machine! This place has NOTHING to offer guests except misery. Management is a Joke: There's no manager on duty most of the time, so any problems you have fall on deaf ears. The staff seems to run the place wild, and forget about any customer service. This hotel is a total DUMP! Don't waste your money or your sanity by staying here! There are plenty of other hotels that will actually treat you like a valued guest!

Very nice front desk lady. 1st room they gave me had not been cleaned second room had a leak dripping on the toilet from the room above. The place is not well kept if you want a place to stay that is cheap in a bad neighborhood this is the place

Roach motel. Literally! Sticky floors. Door locks don't work right. 2 towels for 4 people... 1 hand towel stained. Holes in sheets… I won’t mention the ejaculate stains. Crap pilled in hallways. This place may be a great place to stay if you need a dealer. Drug use was highly evident.||NO REFUNDS! ||It is the worst I can imagine. PLEASE find other lodging!|| *I only gave it one star since there was no lower option.

I spent my birthday here with my partner. We made comments about some stuff that we saw in the room. I even made a comment about the smoke detector being on the dresser when there was a big spot on the ceiling for it. I told the guy at the front desk when I went to get the password for the wifi. I have been trying to contact them for almost a week and finally got someone. Now they are keeping my deposit because it was not on the ceiling. The guy on the phone also said that the room was filled with smoke. My partner and I stay completely away from anything to do with smoking.

May 21,2024 Budget Inn & Suites Reservation 5/9-10/24 I was checked in by Omar, I had to put down a refundable $50.00 deposit and a non-refundable pet fee of $15.00. I had asked about the safety of the hotel, because the customer before me had asked that his vehicle be parked in front of his hotel room. I asked if there were any problems with vehicles getting broken into, Omar responded “NO, not to his knowledge”. When I went to the hotel room it looked totally unsafe, the door lock looked damaged like it was pried open, the bed spread and curtain had cigarette burns and the bed mattress looked unwelcoming (possible bed bugs). The refrigerator was leaking water and a large pile of dog feces was outside the door. The pool was out of service with green algae sitting at the bottom and ducks sunbathing around it. A strange man was walking around outside the premise and looked suspicious so I called the front desk to report the strange man, I then went back to the front desk to ask for an ice bucket only to be told that the guest steals the buckets, so he gave me three thin 8-gallon trash bags for ice, I also pointed out to Omar the strange man who was digging through the trash, that he was the strange man. Omar responded that “Oh, he is just a guess here at the hotel” and totally disregarded my concern. Because I felt unsafe sleeping in the hotel room, because of the safety of my vehicle getting broken into and the disgusting hotel room I choose to sleep inside my vehicle with my dog. Around 11pm at night there were activity with people walking around outside. I couldn’t say if they were hotel guess or not, but it definitely was not a safe environment. The next morning, I dropped off the key card and left, I then called the hotel reservation number that booked the reservation and asked for a full refund of $130.78 along with my refundable $50.00 deposit and protection charge of $10.25, that I never authorized. PS. When I called several times to speak with the Manage Neil about my stay, he was VERY RUDE his response was that “I should have known that Stockton was a VERY high Homeless city” I responded, “how should I have known, I never travelled through Stockton before, and I booked this reservation online through a hotel reservation center”. Update: I received the $10.25 protection refund, but I’m still waiting for the $130.78 hotel charge and the $50.00 deposit. I then called my bank to let them know that I would be disputing the charges. My personal Input: AVOID Staying at this residence if all possible, you will regret every moment!
