Budget Inn - Motel in Stephenville - 3030 W Washington St, USA

Very poorly maintained. Front desk lady is extremely rude. There were people sitting on my vehicle, grilling food. The rooms are infested with bugs. They charged me 100$ to for one night and told me I had to leave before 10pm the same day.

Bugs in my room, behind the door. I was in bathroom and a cricket fell on my back!! They could so much better if they cleaned rooms better and sprayed for bugs. Will not be staying there again!

Great accommodations at an affordable price. Comfortable, clean older property that seems well kept in a good location with a helpful, friendly staff. We stayed in non-smoking room #105 and were very pleased with the condition of the room and the comfort of the bed and pillows. There was not a hint of smoke and we didn’t encounter any bugs or other issues. The location is convenient to the university and although it is on the main road, our room was very quiet and peaceful with no noise from other rooms. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Close to many restaurants, right on 377 hwy, my room was clean, clean every day, except on Sundays, stayed there 3 months. Good parking lot, my days there were pleasant.

Paid for a week. On day 5 Manager went into room while not there and upon our return, told us we had to vacate the room cause we were too dirty. Keep in mind 2 adults, 2 small children, one of them special needs on day 5. We requested no room service mainly due to cleaning crew coming during nap time for children every day and wouldn't come earlier. Told one hour to leave and wouldn't refund other two days and said we owed them money even after we vacated the room and cleaned it. He told me we didn't stay 7 days so we don't get the 7 day rate. We paid a 7 day rate in advance. He said no refund after he threw us out with our kids. Unacceptable and i strongly recommend the motel across the street. Also there were never more than 2 cars in the parking lot the entire 5 days and this is due to it being a dump. Only gave it 1 star because there was no 0 option.

The rooms are clean , beds are comfortable and it's inexpensive to stay. I have stayed there many times and always had a safe and pleasant time. If your needing a a place to sleep and don't want to spend alot, this is where to go.

The price was right bed was comfy but that's where it stops. We arrived around 8 pm they already had the doors closed u had to work through a little window. 1st room had dried urine on the seat so we changed rooms, no hair -dyer - no coffee in the front. Needless to write we wont be staying here again...not to friendly either..

I couldn't find any older motels in Stephenville, so I picked this because it didn't look like a chain place. The price was pretty high for a nothing town in a nothing part of the state. I paid $78.|||| The room was clean and quiet, but the folks that run this place treat you like a naughty toddler. I've never seen so many rules and warnings of fines. There must have been three or four places in the room where they had something telling you not to steal towels, or spill water, etc. I don't know if they had some really awful lodgers, but I don't think they're tempermentally suited to innkeeping. It was really offputting, especially after paying almost double what I normally do.
