Budget Inn - Motel in Boise - 2600 Fairview Ave, USA

All the reviews are %100 correct. This was the most disgusting place. It had old shoes and socks under the sink,which was probably the cleanest part. The room was so filthy. Don't look under the bed!!!!yikes!!!! Not to mention the toilet didn't flush . BEWARE of this place,spend the extra money and get a clean room somewhere else.Paid for 2 nights and had to spend more money to get another room somewhere else the second night because of how nasty it was. We all just sat on the bed with our feet off the ground all night and hoped we didn't get bed bugs or a Disease..

I’m going to start off by saying this is not the first time I’ve said a budget inn or cheap motel and know the level of standard is lower, but this place is a health hazard. The blankets and sheets were dirty, to the point where I don’t think they wash in between visits. The floors had grime, dirty and left over debris from other people. The walls has visible dirty feet marks on it, the chair was covered in dirt, the toilet see had drawings on it. There were exposed wires everywhere, there was dust in the coffee cups they offered as well as moldy water on the coffee pot. That not even the worst part yet. They charge a room deposit AND a no refundable pet deposit which is $25 and you have to go to the office every morning to get charged. I was not told o had to go every morning, I was told that when I check out that someone would check our room out and then we will get our deposit back. The lady at the front was not happy that I was confused as to why she needed to charge me another $75 for the dog, when I had already been charged $75 when I checked in. She ended up screaming at me and I had to call the police. I am desputing ever charge she placed on my card and will never stay here again. O am also reporting this motel to the health department and BBI

I stayed at this hotel for two days. I went to the front desk to let them know that the comforter on my bed had a huge hole in it, I was requesting a new one the GM was very rude to me she said no that's why we have sheets, I'm not going to replace it. Also I wanted to extend my stay. I was in the office so I thought Id inquire about extending my stay. I had already started doing it online and was offered a cheaper price online then at the front desk. I told the GM I'd finish my reservation online when I was walking out she told me of I went online she would refuse my reservation. The management there do not have good work ethics or customer service. I was a paying customer and she was so disrespected. What's bothersome is that there's a Krishna picture in the office she represents him, Krishna is a loving God nice and friendly. I don't understand the rude and terrible customer service.

BED BUGS ATE ME AND MY FIANCE ALIVE! I even told them at check out that there way bed bugs and the lady just said “okay”. Not to mention when we got into our room we checked all the drawers and there was a pair of underwear and a broken light bulb used for meth. As well as the sheets and bedding was all dirty. We slept on them of the blankets with our own blankets (that was a mistake) by morning my fiance complained about itching and I didn’t believe him about the bed bugs till I saw one crawl right out from underneath me and I squished him. The people who checked me in seemed very nice but check out not so great. Also the owner was having a meeting with all her employees talking to them very rudely and disrespectfully, she shouldn’t have spoke to them like she did in front of customers. I don’t think it’s the employees fault I think it’s the owners fault for all of this. She needs to do better.

For being the cheapest motel in Boise near downtown, I actually expected worse. Other than some ants in fridge and some small roaches in bathroom lol…this place wasn’t bad. The fine print of rules here was pretty ridiculous though.

Positive: Nothing, this was a horrible establishment with awful humans. I decided to leave without even checking in because it was such a terrible experience right from the start. Negative: Everything. They tried taking cash as a security deposit (telling me it was a "trust" thing), but things were so trashy that I left. I asked the girl working the front desk if I could at least see the room before handing them cash, and I got a firm "No."

This place sucks. Rude guy at front desk made us pay for my daughter's dog just because he saw the dog even tho said dog didn't even stay with us. Then onto of that the a.c didn't work and they refused to put us in another room. Also the toilet was clogged with some one else's poo. Then to finish it off because we complained about our room to much they kicked us out and refused to give back our deposit. Zero stars if I could worse place to go.

I don't typically write bad reviews but I have to write this one. I know the hotel staff won't see this since they don't care, so I'll make it as harsh as possible. The place is cheap, but it's probably worth paying a little more to avoid all this hassle. We arrived at the front desk to check in and paid the $50 deposit. When we got in to our room (#126) the place was tiny and the bed was dirty and there was pee all over the toilet seat. We called the front desk and they sent some guy over. It was 98 degrees so we blasted the AC while we wait, but then suddenly the AC blew out and started heating up the room. The guy who cleaned the toilet then started working on the AC. He worked on it for 20 minutes while we waited in smoldering heat. The normal thing to do is to immediately switch rooms for the guests but the hotel staff seems uninterested in doing that, instead told us to wait in our hotbox room until they can get approval from their "boss." We went out and sightsee Boise for a few hours and then returned thinking our new room would be ready. It wasn't and we were told to go back to our hotbox for now. The best they could do is give us a fan. We went out again for a few hours and when we got back to the motel at 6PM they finally gave us a new room (#128). We were excited to move all of our stuff but then the nightmare continues because this unit also has a broken AC. Long story short they had to move us to a third room (#129) before we finally a had a room in working order that we paid for. The next morning we were so happy to check out and leave this god forsaken place. We left the room pristine and the clerk even called someone to check on the room to make sure before "giving us our deposit back." He made me swipe my credit card again for some reason instead of just reversing the charge. The funny feeling I had about this turns out to be warranted as the $50 deposit was posted (not pending) into my credit card. I called Budget Inn immediately and as expected they offered no help and claimed they give my deposit back and it's an issue with my bank. These people are malicious fraudsters at worst and incompetent at best. Do not stay here unless you want your deposit stolen and be given the runaround when there's an issue.
