The rooms are roomy, lots of open space. The bathrooms kinda small but the overall room is not bad actually. They took a deposit and wouldn’t give a receipt. So that’s shady, but there’s guards in the parking lot. I was worried cause of the bad reviews but the rooms no longer have carpet.
For the last few months there have been issues with the hot water in the sinks and showers. Twice I had been showering and ran out of hot water midway through. And that was during the winter time. There is also major fluctuation with the Wi-Fi connection link speed and connectivity. I keep getting disconnected from the servers on the websites that I visit and uploading or downloading information it's terrible. The link speed will vary from an acceptable 54 mbps to an absolutely unacceptable 1 mbps. Not to mention the constant buffering. The situation hasn't improved especially after that last storm . I can't positively comment on housekeeping either. On a positive note, they have fixed the hot water issue with some repairs.
There are a few damaged areas in my room, no structural concerns, just cosmetic . Overall I'm giving this updated review, in its current condition . ** 2 out of 5 stars **
Me and my friend(DM) where here, we sleep like baby's. It was awsome! Ohh how I miss him so much! Everyday.
The staff here are absolutely fantastic very honest friendly and they went out of there way to accommodate me which I thourouly appreciated so I will recommend them and I will come again as well. M Nicholas
CLEAN ROOMS!!! Nice and spacious! The rooms come with a mini fridge AND MICROWAVE!!! Slightly odd but actually quite a benefit is tht half of the motel is operated by "family housing" and half the hotel is private pay. But "family housing" employs a security guard to werk the entrance so u won't find "RIF RAF" sleeping in the hallways and shyt, which at SUM places can be a bit much! Quite motel, there is a $50 deposit but u get tht back and it's about $110/day. Honestly I would say it's the BEST motel for the dollar on Sepulveda!!! Check it out u WONT b disappointed!
*BED BUG WARNING* Stayed at this location 2 nights, first night I was pleased with the place due to the fact it was under $100 a night and located right in North hills. Merely a 20 minute drive to LA.
First night, room looked fairly clean, sheets were super white as were the towels. The smell was pleasant. We showered and slept only to leave (for the day) the next day.
Next night at around 11pm noticed some loud banging from the room right next to us that continued thru the night to the next morning. Honestly sounded like maybe some plumbing issues they were taking care of..I'm not sure.
Next morning wake up to my partner itching. He has obvious bed bug bites. He started searching an found 1 single bed bug and a small blood spot on the sheets. He killed the bug and walked it down to the office where they told him they would talk to him about it when we checked out.
The room only seemed clean. Our feet was black on the bottoms after walking around with bare feet on the floors..the parking lot had a big bright LED stadium light shining right in the window.
Upon check out, the person at the front refused a refund and did nothing to resolve the situation. I will not be staying here ever again. The issues other than the bug..were issues I could deal with as I'm a pretty understanding person..but as a motel owner, I would definitely be trying to make my customers happy.
I will add, we only found 1 single bug. So I kinda believe that whatever banging we heard thru the night may have disturbed it in another room and it fled to ours.
I would NOT recommend this location!
Personally I think that I am being too generous for the 2 stars. The bathroom was just disgusting!! The shower lighting was coming up from the ground the window didn’t close and there was no screen, it was just so gross and there was totally a bedbug vibe going on! The size of the room was very large which I appreciate it and I loved that they had cable channels like E and others but the bathroom made me not even want to shower in it
This place is a you get what you pay for. We just chose this spot because we were in a hurry to get to a relatives ceremony. Lighting was trash. Although the room has a bed bug vibe, there didn't seem to be any but there were roaches. Gross. When we got to our room, 223, the place smelled like feet and the floors were sticky. By the time we left, the counter on the sink was full of water because the sink is broken at the base and spills everywhere. Aside from that, everything else was okay. Nothing special. Like I mentioned, you get what you pay for.
It's always nice eating here with my parents. It's a little bit of my parents culture in one space. I love the restaurant and their food ð ð. I very much recommend ðð¥³
The Garnachas are my favorite, but also their flour tortilla with Asad
Went in this morning and my sleep deprived self accidentally ordered online at the wrong store, the manager there at the moment was super sweet and he helped me out even though he didnât have to. He also said hello to every customer that stepped fo
Went to Marshall's. Was looking for a specific boot to exchange for a smaller size. They didn't have but the store is fully stocked with tons of regular and nice holiday clothing, games, toys and Xmas decor. The store was clean and neat and there wer
