OH MY Gosh THE WORST MOTEL I’VE EVER BEEN AT!!! Do not stay here! The MANAGER IS AWFUL! We were with dirty RUSTED water for over 24 hrs, then no water at all for over 15!! This was a FRIDAY NIGHT! I started my new job, couldn’t shower, my hubby either and he works outside manual labor!! We had to call the cops on the lady, we need a district manger now!!!

This place isn't the worst. It's s fair price, the customer service is pretty good. (Besides the lady that runs the place. She has gold's in her mouth). Don't get me wrong though, she can be very mean but she also can be very sweet if you don't screw her over. Personally I like her but I could see a lot of people disliking her because of her bluntness.

I basically got the room I was expecting for the price. I had a minor medical mishap and needed to spend a night in Gonzales before making the 4 hour trip home. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. The rooms left a lot to be desired. It didn't help that when I looked behind my mini-fridge I found (what I assume to be dirty) pair of women's underwear. My shower didn't have a showerhead. And the tub was so full of calcium and rust that I decided it was better to just take a shower when I got back home the following day. The bed was comfortable and the cable was nice. Basically, I got what I paid for.

If I could zero star's I would. I booked this place from out of state. I wasn't familiar with the area. First off, I should have asked to look at the rooms prior to giving them my card to charge. The first room they gave me..I was ok with the sleeping area, but I went into the bathroom..absolutely disgusting..the tub was horrible, bathroom door looked like it was kicked in..I immediately asked for another room. So of course the room itself was subpar, bathtub was better but leaking out of the faucet, the door was in the same condition, looked like it was kicked in as well. The place is horribly managed..I should have thought about it once I seen the sign on the window stating no refunds or credits. They take your money and care less if you are dissatisfied with the rooms.

Terrible room have roaches,gnats,rug filthy,I could go on but not enough time.They dont give back refunds.check the room b4 you pay then you want stay bad all around nothing good ro say about this hotel
