Budget Host Motel & RV Park - Motel in Junction City - 820 S Washington St, USA

7 years ago I lived here for a month. Great for hookers and drugs. Definitely. Clean rooms tho. Nice housekeepers and staff. Not family friendly, but neither is junction city.

I am not exactly positive about how they are able to stay open or call themselves a motel. When I have called there they do not answer the phone in a business type of way. They just say yeah or hello. That's the owners who are doing this.

Wow I'm impressed. For a cheap motel the rooms are better than I was expecting. My room was clean, didn't look ruined down like some cheap motels and everything worked!! Really nice room for the price I'm very happy staying here. Obviously this is a cheap place so it's not luxury but for the price not bad at all. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Old timey and outdated but clean. Staff was exceptionally nice for a motel so cheap, didn't bother us during our stay, simply asked if we wanted room service and that was it. Recently renovated bathrooms, good shower pressure. Only $45 a night for 2 people. The microwaves work and fridge is nice and cold. Toilet works well. They provide soap and a coffee maker as well. Overall, no complaints. Cable works well. There's an iron and board too if you're into that. No deposit when paying cash. I highly recommend.

First the owner as I call him Mr Barney is one of the nicest people I've ever met around here and the other Motels and Hotel's. Yes the rugs do need cleaned butt as busy as this Motel I mean since my brother and I have been here it's FULL. I'd come back. Andrea Johnson

Generous discount, room acceptable. Nice hot shower. Kitchenette. Nice warm room, comfortable bed. Did not try the tv, however, a nice large screen if I had turned it on. Thank you, Sir.🌹

Hey you get what you pay for right so if your low on money and need a cheap place to stay for a bit or if you got a cheap date and need a cheap place to do your bit then this is the place for you añd the people who run the place are really honsest people I lost my wallet and old dude gave it back with all my money inside (dont think he liked the hug) lol. But thank you brother for being trustworthy you will always be my brother love and respect

Rooms have a strong perfume/incense odor, threw open window and cranked on the A/C. Came back from dinner and still could not tolerate smell. Proprietor was extremely irritated at my request for a refund, Treated me rudely and only returned 1/2 price of room, after telling me to "Get Out and Never Come Back". I suggest you continue down Washington Street and shell out a few more $$ for a better night's sleep.
