Room was dingy. Towels were worn with blood stains and should be replaced. Appears that the rooms need to be cleaned up more. Tubs were stained on the bottom and toilet was brown in the bowl. It was okay to sleep in and the bed was comfortable. Room was repainted sloppy with paint on places such as picture frames and over nails that should have been removed. A little TLC would be helpful as the place has potential. Also, when I turned in my key card…the lady was half awake and I NEVER was offered a receipt for my stay.
I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT STAY HERE. Bed bugs, ants, roaches, the works. The entire thing is dusty and filthy. Just save your money and go somewhere else.
Not remotely as nice as it seemed online, but for what it is it wasn’t bad. The place has definitely seen better days and half of the place is literally in ruins, but I slept like a baby so I guess they were doing something right. It seems from the reviews that the housekeeping has sticky fingers so I’d advise leaving all your belongings in the car. Other than that no complaints.
Starting at the beginning, I went in late, rang the bell, and the girl came to the counter. I told her I had a reservation and she looked it up, asked for my name, was on the computer a while and then left. Just left and never came back. The guy at the counter looked confused so I said I still need a key. He said, "OH, what room are you in? I said I don't know. He left and came back and said She never checked you in. (OK what was she doing then?) So I get a key and the room was pretty bad. I mean flies, gnats, and roaches. Also my card was charged by Red Carpet. No clue what that is. Price is great for what you get. Next time I'll just pay more.
Great staff very nice good price. Playground for kids huge area for dogs that is sticker free. Trailer parking. Resteraunts nearby. Overall very happy . Would recommend for any type of traveler.
The building is literally crumbling. The rooms stink and absolutely infested with ROACHES. we had them in the beds, all over the floors, in the shower, even crawling into our dogs bed. Pubic hair in the sink, broken heater vents. Absolutely filthy and disgusting. Do not stay here unless you want roaches IN AND ON EVERYTHING. We left within two hours of arriving. Completely appalling.
Much nicer than expected for such a cheap rate! This place has been updated, great for the kids with the swing set, slide, monkey bars, & outdoor pool. Newer linens, the room smelled nice, it was clean. The only thing that they could improve on, is to steam clean the carpets; don't walk barefoot on them, it felt kinda tacky - definitely in need of a steam clean. The bed was not great, not much padding, and noisy springs...They're probably old beds. Other than that, I have no other complaints.
4/1/2020 stayed the night very polite young woman working counter. Like to know name of her. Then owner came in to me very rude the young woman was doing a great job before the owner came in. The pillows were too soft even using 3 the bed was hard. Room was a nice size.. The pool design needs redone. Other then that was a decent stay..
James at the front desk was very accommodating! This guy needs a raise promotion or both! His customer service was top notch! We had a total of 9 rooms for a get together. They were spacious and clean! The breakfast was good as well.

The zoo is great and the staff was very helpful when I had questions. We went on a summer school field trip and the students enjoyed it. It was a super hot day and it was nice to be able to go into the a/c in the museum and enjoy the exhibits.
