Budget Host Inn - Motel in Florida City - 815 N Krome Ave, USA

First and Foremost the rooms do not look anything like the pictures posted. Second upon check-in was told we needed a $50 in cash deposit, went to room there was bodily fluids on the sheets water leaking from the refrigerator, the room smelt horrible The TV didn't work. We decided to leave and when we asked for a refund The lady at the front desk was very rude we were told to call who we booked through we did not get our refund back at all. This place is Dirty. They Have drug dealers and who knows what else staying and living there. The owners don't seem to care one bit at all about the staff they hire and the condition of the property. Please Stay far away from this place.

Horrible place!We were given a room that had a strong smell of smoke. It was impossible to sleep in there. Place wasn't clean. I went to front desk to ask to change rooms. The front desk guy gave me a room that wasn't so smelly but it was even worse to spend our 4 days in. Curtains had mold all over, bath tube and toilet looked disgusting 🫣. We couldn't just stay there. We left there early in the morning to look for another hotel. When we gave the keys back at front desk they didn't care about asking why we were checking out earlier. They are used to it and don't care about costumers!

Absolute joke of a hotel booked a non smoking room because my 5 yo daughter has asthma only to get there and the devil lady at the desk that we booked a smoking room. We looked at the reservation and the hotel switched our numbers know damn well that we would never stay there. Told her this and she replied "I don't care" and refused to give me my 2 day reservation and I never got my money back. I would NEVER stay here again

Wow!!||I actually stayed in DEC. of 2022. I thought by now the service and facilities would have improved. Wish I could advise persons to book. If you do decide to book, just be warned. I had to make noise about the first room I was booked into; the second was a little better:( Not a good experience, but a learning one. Please be guided.

If it gave me an option to do no stars, I would do no stars the room smells like cat and dog piss. The furniture is nasty. Look like someone just dumped it and they picked it up. The check out lady was rude. I don’t know how this place is still open the hotel is more for 1 hour stays because there’s nothing but drug addicts and drunks there.

Wish I could give 5 NEGATIVE reviews about this hotel!!!!! This place is terrible!!! Front desk stuffs are RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. Also, they constantly lie to the customer. After dealing with them, now I know why a lot of people gave very bad reviews about this place!!! DONT STAY HERE!!! 🚩🚩🚩🚩

This was the worst accommodation we have ever stayed in. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE!!!!!!! Staff very unhelpful. Rooms, bedding and towels dirty. No hot water from the taps and the shower did not work! Staff were not interested when this was reported at Reception. Towels and bedding of extremely poor quality. This place appears to be mostly used by workers. Their washing is draped on the swimming pool railings. Car repairs are being done in the car park. Each room had a row of workers boots and shoes outside them. I cannot even score this 1/10.

This is not what Choice hotels Is about and if you're an Aboriginal do not go there the staff is very disrespectful I stayed there for four days and every day it's something the linen very dirty I've asked every day for my room to be cleaned and that never happen the only thing I got was dirty sheets and dirty towels, yesterday in the AM, after having the maid banging on the door telling me to go an pay being disrespectful so I went and paid 80 bucks for that day and gave the manger the key to be programmed then she said that the key was not there key and if I wanted to get back in my room I had to pay her 5 bucks for the key. I left there under threat and in fair . Do not do business with this business this place is not good for the beautiful people of Florida City .😷😈😈👎👎👎🌑
