DO NOT STAY HERE! NO MATTER HOW CLOSE IT IS TO THE STADIUM!! Upon checking into our initial room, we were immediately struck by a very strong and unbearable smell of cigarettes. It was so intense that it made it difficult to breathe. We promptly requested to be moved to another room, to which the staff obliged. While the second room had a slightly better odor, it quickly became evident that the issues were far from over. Upon entering the bathroom, we discovered a dead cockroach. We immediately called the front desk, and someone came to remove it. However, when we returned later from the match, we were horrified to find another cockroach in the bathroom. Despite calling three times to have it removed, no one responded until we personally went to the front desk to complain. The staff member we spoke to claimed he had called for maintenance, but after another five-minute wait, we had to complain again before he came to remove it himself. This was the second cockroach we found, and we were understandably furious. We thoroughly inspected the room and discovered yet another cockroach, making it a total of three cockroaches we found in the room, along with stains on the sheets. At this point, we were completely disgusted and decided to leave. We reported this to the person at the front desk, who was new and had just started their shift. We demanded a refund, but they could only promise to inform their supervisors. The fact that excuses were made, such as claiming the cockroach entered through the toilet because the seat was left up, was entirely unacceptable. We did not spend the night at your establishment due to the unsanitary and disgusting conditions of room 106. Instead, we had to find alternative accommodations. Despite all of this, we have yet to receive a refund for our stay. . The level of service, maintenance, and cleanliness was beyond unacceptable.
Walked in, asked for a room for my family 2 adults, 3 kids. Was only given a room with 2 queen beds, when asking for a roll away bed or something, front desk was rude like it was my fault, saying I told you 2 queen beds, and that I was only allowed 4 people per room and my kids didn't look like kids, ages 12-17. My kids just wanted to go swimming, so we sucked it up trying to figure out how 5 of us were going to sleep in 2 queen beds. Decided to try and make the best of it and got ready to go swimming. Other guest were leaving their doors open and proceeded to curse and yell, strange people just walking through the hotel, not guest, front desk made that clear. Got to the pool there was so much algea on the bottom of the pool it was slimy and slick, by this point we had had enough, this was all within an hour of checking in. Immediately went to the front desk asking for a refund, my family refused to stay in this filth. Was told I couldn't get a refund. It was absolutely the worst experience ever had. Yes I lost my money, but to save the rest of you, would not book with this hotel!!
I understand it's called budget inn... but this Is just horrible.... they could easily afford to repaint some rooms at a time. I asked for two extra pillows and the front desk told me she didnt have any and needed to call the manager to make sure. Later I asked the front desk for a do not disturb sign and they said they didn't have any... told me to wait for the manager to arrive. Not to mention random people would pull in to the lot and park and meet other people coming off the street. Shady looking peeps. I had to check on my vehicles multiple times to make sure they weren't broken into.
It's a roof over your head, a bed to sleep in and a very convenient location. Walking distance to the AT&T Correctional Facility. It's not luxury nor does it claim to be. It's basic accomodations. Due to a booking snafu, I had two rooms reserved and even though there is a no refund policy, Management made an exception and we were charged for just one room. They were reasonable and helpful.
I rented the room for a concert across the street. Came in after the concert and they rented my room to someone else. My tablet and other belongings were gone and they did nothing about it. They gave me another crack room with no working TV and smelled horrible. Never again. It ending up costing me over $1,200 for 7 hrs.
I just tried staying here this week! The room smelled AWFUL! There was poop on the bathtub and smeared on the baseboard as you walked out of the bathroom! We left immediately! They refused to refund me! Worst place ever!!! ZERO STARS!!!!
The rooms are out dated but the room is big. Big bed, clean bathroom, Quieter than expected. Which was nice! Just a little pricy for us when you add the small pet fee.
Rooms were pretty overpriced at what would typically be a $79.99 a night type hotel. Rooms smelled musty, and ceiling fans might improve that as the room was next to the indoor pool. Walls need paint badly, carpet hasn't been changed in years. They'd probably save money if they get rid of the full-size white refrigerators that rust is showing through. No coffee in the morning. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, which is always a plus. The Inner courtyard was immaculate and the pool clean with lots of greenery. The basic of this hotel is it was within walking distance of AT&T Stadium, it's only current endearing quality but the owners with improvements could bring it up to snuff.
If you are thinking about opening a coffee shop or a cafe, the Texas Coffee School 3-Day Coffee Business Class is an absolute must. I learned SO much not only about coffee, but about the process of starting and running a coffee business. Youâll lea
