Budget Host Inn East End - Motel in Riverhead - 30 Lake Ave, USA

I stayed here for two nights. The rooms are large, and had no complaints about the room or sheets, pillows, or anything. We stayed in building two and there is absolutely no Wi-Fi. They may say there is, but it does not work. Otherwise, the employees are helpful, I enjoyed, complementary coffee and the location is terrific. I just do not understand why is there is only one way in and one way out of the complex?

The hotel was quaint and lovely with a nice pool. My only complaint was that the pillows were like ROCKS so I had a terrible night’s sleep. The staff was nice but when I tried to tell the front desk person about the pillows, he didn’t speak English so he had no idea what I was talking about!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. Pool area is nice and clean. Centrally located. And the price was right!! I highly recommend and will certainly stay again.

Old outdated room but was clean. Outdoor pool. Parking. All basic amenities. No issues. Pillows are very uncomfortable and hard.

I absolutely have to say that this was one of the best hotels that I stayed in. the staff was very helpful and kind. I will be going back. FYI- very comfortable bed

Positive: Its location Negative: Smoking in the rooms. Burn marks on the bed spread. Yellow stains on the walls. Grease or something on the floor. Ash tray at the main entrance holding door

Location not too bad, room appeared clean and neat but there were hairs in the bed., luckily I brought my own sheets and didn't bother to ask for clean ones. No hot water for showering, was told to let the water run for five minutes but it was still lukewarm. Not bad if you need a place to stay for a night or two but don't expect too much. Lots of restaurants nearby though and there was parking. Found another hotel for the rest of the trip. May have stayed longer but showers are important!

My husband and I are in the area quite a bit during the beginning summer months for business and this hotel will always be our first choice! The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are quite large, there is a place to grill outside, a nice pool, and the staff is just absolutely wonderful! We have gotten the pleasure to become a bit more acquainted with the front desk guys and consider them a little part of our family away from home. They are very accommodating to my husband and I and we are very grateful for it, thank you Budget Host Inn for everything you have done for us!
