I stayed for almost a week, I heard a woman next door to me screaming murder so I callsd 911, after that the manager had me removed by the police for not minding my own buisness, I have police report numbers to back up my stay. ALSO the windows in room 10 do not seal And they have the nerve to keep my deposit? I have medical records showing the bug bites on my arm and torrso so I can prove everythin. Do not stay here even for a night, a bush on the ground is more recommended!

The rooms are so ghetto and gross they still need to update and fix up the place but I guess you get what you pay for when you want to go cheaper so if you want this is where you would go

Horrible place do not go here sketchy people all around got put into a room that was cold with a horrible heater that was on all night and couldn't hear the room bathroom had no door had to check out early at like 7 to go to Work nobody at front desk had to knock on the house because the person sleeps there with a kid went to check out the old grumpy lady went to check are room and said it smelt like smoke I assure u we did not smoke in the room nor do we smoke at all so basically she stole are ,$50 deposit from claiming we smoked in the room absolutely pissed us off all around garbage place and sketchy Peiple who stay there

THIS IS THE WROST PLACE TO GO TO, THEY USE DRUGS, SELL DRUGS AND WHEN I CALLED TO REPORT THEM THEY HUNG UP ON ME AND CALLED ME A SNITCH FOR TRYING TO TELL THEM. PLEASE DONT STAY HERE.

For long term rentals. Not clean, carpet dirty, beds old heavily used, bathroom dirty old fixtures. Checked in but did not feel safe staying there.

Location is the only thing this place has going for it.. they need to invest in better cleaning products people who clean the rooms and some paint and update this place. I mean seriously you can get a gallon of oops paint for a buck. Their rooms nightly are like 60-70 bucks update or tare down.

I had my friend come by with my tax refund which had just arrived at my old residence. She showed up at 6am and stayed for a few hours and upon leaving found out her car was towed. To Greeley. 300 dollars to get it out. I spoke with the office lady who stated her husband knocked on all the doors to see who's car it was. There wasn't any posted signs and we were awake and no one knocked. Other than that the boards under one bed were broken, there was no phone in the room, the reading lights cord had been cut, the remote control for the TV was broken and the channel stuck on qvc channel. Online price was 37 a night but I was told they don't honor any online pricing supposedly the rooms are renovated. When I said I would go to competitor they dropped price to slightly above them. 200 for 3 days. It will get you off the streets but don't have guests atleast not ones who drive.
