Positive: lol Negative: They need to upgrade bad. everything is run down. they didn't have shampoo, I went and got some from walmart. they use coded locks that are very janky. I got locked out of my room for 30 mins and there was no one in the lobby to help fix it.

This place was a total bummer! We read the reviews and thought it wouldn't be fancy, but this was rough.||First off, forget about checking in late - they don't seem to do that even though it's not mentioned anywhere. We waited for like an hour with nobody at the front desk! Finally, a guy showed up and said the TVs weren't available in our rooms (no biggie).||But then we got to the rooms themselves, and wow. No sheets, blankets, towels, or soap - basically nothing! Curtains were missing in some spots, replaced with... a picture frame? Plus, the bathroom light was broken with a weird floor lamp thing going on. And the worst part? Let's just say someone REALLY missed cleaning up in there. The whole room smelled like cigarettes and old food.||Nope. We were outta there faster than you can say "road trip!" We ended up scrambling to find another place to stay that night. Getting a refund for this disaster zone was impossible, too.||Look, I get it's a budget motel, but come on. This was worse than sleeping on a subway bench. Avoid this place if you can!

Disappointing Stay at Budget Host Motel This motel unfortunately fell far short of expectations. While previous reviews seemed promising, our experience was not positive. Upon arrival: No late check-in option, despite not being advertised. Waited for an hour with no receptionist available. Informed TVs weren't available in our rooms. Room Conditions: Essential amenities like linens, towels, and toiletries were missing. Broken light fixture replaced with a makeshift solution. Unpleasant odor and unsanitary conditions in the bathroom. The overall state of the room was unacceptable, and we opted to find alternative accommodations for the night. Request for Resolution: A refund for the unstayed rooms would be appreciated considering the discrepancies between the advertised conditions and our experience. Additional Notes: While I understand this is a budget-friendly motel, basic cleanliness and amenities are essential. My experience suggests improvements are necessary to meet even the most fundamental guest expectations.

The price was great. The location is also good. The room was very basic; it had one towel, one hand towel, no bathmat or wash cloth, and no hair dryer. Outside of the motel is not very appealing right now while work is going on. It’s difficult to get to the office, where you have to be buzzed in. The desk clerk‘s English seemed uncertain, though he wanted to help and gave me a second towel to use as a bath mat when I asked. You get what you pay for. It was an OK place to sleep for one night. But I wouldn’t stay here again.

This was the worst motel I have ever stayed at in my entire life, no question. DO NOT STAY HERE! I cannot emphasize this enough. The entire property should be demolished or at least closed for MAJOR renovation. My ROOM WAS BROKEN INTO AND BURGLARIZED! I stayed there 1 night, left at 5 AM to go to the airport, came back at 8:45 AM, and there was broken glass on the floor next to the air conditioner and also outside the window. I stayed in room 11, first room at the end and the only room with access to the back window through the bushes. Someone broke the window, opened it, got in, stole my laptop bag with my WORK laptop, mousepad, and mouse. They took out my headphones and left them on the bed. They also stole my overnight bag which was a Marshall's reusable shopping bag with a Jones New York shirt in in it.||||I called police and they came and took a report and saw that there was blood on the light switch. I don't know if it was 1 person or more than 1 person. It was very scary. I hadn't taken a shower by then because I left so early so I did that and packed and talked to the police and left.||||The motel is awful. The manager disappeared. The cleaning guy doesn't speak English or Spanish, only Persian and uses google translate to communicate. The landline phone doesn't work. The closet door doesn't close tightly. A light bulb was missing. I saw a huge bug I had never seen before. They didn't give us enough towels until I went to ask for them and they took them out of the dryer. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room, only soap, no cups or glasses. I asked for shampoo, they only gave me conditioner and said they don't provide shampoo. Who doesn't provide shampoo? So i had to go find shampoo when I stopped for breakfast on the way back from the airport. Hard to do near King Street metro. The tissue dispenser has no kleenex. Not sure if it is supposed to.||||I called central reservations and all they can do is transfer you to the specific location you want reservations for or give you the corporate number. NO ONE ever answers at the corporate office. Also no one answers at the front desk because the manager disappears and the cleaning guy doesn't speak English. There is no voice mail at the front desk. The place is scary with no amenities. I felt like i was staying in a slum. I felt so unsafe and vulnerable. Now I know why apartments often don't have rooms on the first floor. The guests seem to be less than upright members of society. I apologize if that sounds prejudiced, it is an observation. There are so many other places to stay in the area. It needs to either shut down completely or be completely renovated with a working ice machine, etc. Staying in a hotel should be an enjoyable experience, not a place to risk your life and worldly posessions. I wasted way too much time trying to get in touch with the front desk, the corporate office, central reservations. I couldn't even tell them their property had been vandalized! If they can't operate on $75/night then don't charge that little or don't operate. No one is forcing you to charge that little. It was horrific.

Positive: Nothing. Negative: I tried to check in to my room and the door was locked with no one inside. So I couldn't even get into my room, had to find another hotel. Plus the entire place looked shady.

Hands down the worst motel I have ever visited. The toilet was leaking on the bathroom floor. Urine and solid waste in the corner of the floor and on the wall. Hair in the tub. A wet spot on the bed. Bugs. I could go on but you get the idea. I walked in looked around and left. Went to the clerk, showed them the room and asked for a full refund. It took me calling Priceline, who contacted the owner, to make that happen.

Positive: Nothing!!!!!! Negative: Everything!! I left for the day came back to my already.Paid room which was nasty anyway and they Given it to another person Why I still had a day there! They were gone for over an hour and nobody could get in the rooms Horrible
