There are abusive drug addicts here that strangled my cats to death due to fentanyl and the neighbor that I live next to got shot her friend got shot and her fiance got killed over drugs so I highly recommend you do not go there do not bring your children there and the children that are there deserve better but the mothers and fathers are too lazy to find something else because they think it's okay for them so of course they think it's okay for their children and I highly recommend you stay away from all of them there's black mold it's a health violation the whole thing should be condemned and there is a mattress graveyard in the back that is disgusting full of who knows what and drug addicts are all over the place even the managers family are druggies stay far far away 😭🥺🙏🙃😬😶‍🌫️

Lived there for longer than I care to admit. Nice place if you like sharing it with cockroaches, mice, rats, and god knows that damn sound was in the ceiling. Now the new owners are trying to rent it like its the Taj Mahal. I won't even get into the 'guests' or address the murder that happened across the parking lot from us.

I lived there and was asked to leave over my momma dog nipped someone. Don't go there unless you want to be homeless again. Tony and Jenifer were great. I left feeling depressed and bewilder

The manager uses the motel to sleep with women. Get them to move in charge 500.ⁿ0 dose not fix things right just half ass dose I lived there and had mushrooms growing in walls floor DO NOT RENT FROM BUDGET 16 MOTEL they WILL TAKE UR MONEY AND KICK U OUT WILL NOT GIVE UR MONEY BACK!!!

I have heard good ratings about this motel in the area but I personally haven't stayed here in many many years 👍

I dont think bad of this place, its age and economy. Cropdusted with addiction. I cant imagine it not being there my whole life it has been. Back in 5 star days.

The budget 16 is a lower rate motel it is more of a month to month apartment complex they are not very well maintained or one of the best places to to be at.
