Buck's Teriyaki - Yakitori restaurant in Kent - 10611 SE 240th St, USA

I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Bento Box (B1) that comes with rice, Prawn Tempura and California Roll. It was good just wished the teriyaki meat was a bit juicer. A lot of the pieces were hard… maybe cooked a little too long but I would definitely order again.

I have never had such an amazing experience! The young man that took our order was so kind and helpful and the entire environment was just wonderful. Great portion sizes and perfect prices you really can’t beat Bucks! Thank you guys for the wonderful dinner we will most certainly be returning very soon!!

This spot has been our go-to since moving to Kent last year. We've tried a good amount of dishes but our order stands at pork teriyaki, beef fried rice and gyoza. Large quality portions with decent prices. The food always hits - never misses. It's a plus that Josh (not sure if he's the owner) - he's always there - is super friendly.

I have mixed feelings! The tempura is frozen and fried but pretty good and comes with its own sauce. The sushi is HUGE, but the spicy mayo is really good and all the components were decent! The chicken katsu? LMAO. I've never seen more anemic chicken! I thought it would be terrible by the looks of it, but it actually wasn't too bad! There were some pieces underneath with more meat on them and the sauce was good! I'm wondering if maybe the katsu was cut but not cooked all the way and then thrown back in the oil? Or it was made and needed to be reheated? Not sure what happened. But it was oil soaked and shriveled up... But also not horrible somehow! Id def give this place another shot. We all have off days or make mistakes and my meal was still enjoyable! I'd love if they made their own tempura but I get that it's a lot of work and they'd have to charge more. The portions are generous and the price is decent. I'd say it's worth it. :)

I've ordered their food from Uber eats multiple times and haven't been disappointed yet. My family usually gets the chicken teriyaki or the spicy chicken. Portions are generous, and the food is delicious. I hope to eat in their restaurant sometime. It's one of my new favorite teriyaki places around!

The chicken is way over cooked. Very jerky like. Fried rice barely was fried. The salad dressing that are .50 each Are super tiny. Maybe got a bad batch of food. I had decent flavor. Just wasn’t cooked right.

Didn’t eat there ordered to go. The food is probably the worst I’ve ever had. We got three types of chicken and can’t tell which is which. None of them have any flavor. Sweet and sour, sesame and one other I’m not sure. They all taste like nothing. The fried rice was $3 extra per plate and it’s sticky white rice with peas carrots and egg but no seasoning or sauce like fried rice usually has. Do not think any of it was worth almost $20 a plate. I ended up going somewhere else to get dinner after ordering $60 in food from here. Maybe it’s my pregnancy taste buds although, my non picky husband who loves Chinese food couldn’t even eat it. Just be warned, there’s much better places. The gas station has better tasting food.

Josh, the guy who runs the front of the the house, is exceptional at his job. He has a very positive attitude, knows his repeat customers, is knowledgeable about his menu, and communicates well with the back of the house. The food was phenomenal, and the portions were huge. I will be back!
