Ace is a great place to find what you need while having different price point on items from lumber, hardware, toys, crafts. This is a clean and organized store with extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Very helpful workers, when you ask them for assistance. Shelves were properly organized and full of supplies. Pretty easy to find what you were looking for. They also have a great selection of firearms with helpful and knowledgeable staff to inform you about them.

Buck's Ace Hardware in Hurricane has the BEST customer service! They are always super friendly, happy to help, and very knowledgeable! Even the young "bucks" ;) They also have the best products and competetive prices! I'm excited for the new location!

We always get our copies of keys made here because the staff is so friendly, kind, and helpful. They have a wide variety from tools, to paint, to kids toys! I always enjoy looking through their adorable home decor as well!

I believe the magic begins with the management. Joe, Store Manager, is always quick with a friendly greeting and knows the store inside and out. Chris, typically at the gun counter, is amazing and always remembers our names!! You can trust if you are a first time gun purchaser that Chris will guide you in the right direction. You can count on Dave, typically in hardware, to have a new joke or story every time you see him. I would hope that upper management would praise all three of these employees as they break the mold and is part of why we keep coming back.

Buck's is the epitome of small town customer service. A young lady followed me to the tape isle and showed me the difference between multiple options of two sided tape. Thanks for your kindness and thoughtful service.

Everytime I walk in this store I get greeted by some 14 year old who knows nothing. It's literally a chore having to find or get whatever I need. They either screw it up or don't have it even though the app says they do! I don't need to be asked 10x by the same guy "Dave" if I need help! Completely obnoxious! I try really hard to not have to go there!

Had everything we needed...Excellent service!! Loved my free snack of fresh popped popcorn as we shopped.
