Buckle - Clothing store in Norman - 3429 W Main St, USA

Great store, with extensive selection. HOWEVER. We went in, were browsing, and were asked if we needed anything, kindly said no. Then the salesperson started a spiel. We tried to disengage three times, before forcefully declining, saying we just wanted to look. Then, the Leader came with the same spiel. LISTEN. I get it. You are trying to do your job, and we appreciate that. We didn't bother trying to disengage the second time because it would have just been an altercation. BUT seriously! If someone cuts off the spiel, please respect that. We appreciate your friendliness but we will probably shop online next time. The hard sell is not for everyone, some folks are just there to enjoy the company of the people they came with instead of nodding and smiling through a two-minute infomercial every time they shop.

Alexis was fantastic! I had no idea where to start on sizing , she picked my size perfect the first try. She gave me several options to try and swapped things out that I didn’t like for options that better but what I wanted! She was also able to help my husband find a pair of jeans while he waited on me to find what I needed. All this was done with a great attitude and friendly smile even though it was close to closing. She was a blessing for someone who was stressed about trying on clothes and trying to find things I loved. I hope that management sees this review and rewards her for an incredible job and making the customer feel great about the entire visit. We live over 3 hours away but will be coming back to this store if we have the chance of working with her again!! Alexis great job and keep up the great work!

I am giving 1 star because I was shopping with my son I was asked twice if I was finding everything ok. Both times I responded we can't find his size one girl said I'll be right back. Never saw her again and the second just smiled and looked at her watch. We left without purchasing anything. Complete customer service fail!

I had 2 young boys with me and needed to find quality jeans that fit. We had a personal shopper who had a young son of her own and acknowledged that kids have meltdowns and she would help me as much as possible to make our experience as great as possible. She helped pick out jeans in my son's size and set us up with several shirts and hoodies for both boys to choose from. It made my time in the store with 2 hyper boys on the verge of meltdowns much easier and wicker than if it had to shop the store on my own. Awesome experience!

Great staff, always friendly not ever pushy or demands you buy something everytime. Prices are high but the quality of the Jean's makes it well worth it. Also if you have any issues they do in house repairs!! I.E A button comes off, bring it go the store on Tuesdays and they fix it and then you just pick it up.

I love the Buckle stores. I just wish this one had a larger selection of Miss Me jeans and other miss me brand clothing. I did have a button fall off a brand new pair and the lady fixed it for me the same day without a problem. Great staff!

I have such a hard time finding cloths I like and fit right but I tried this store and I loved it. The girls are so sweet. They help you out so much and even find cute shirts to try on. They hype you up too when you show them how it looks and it really made me feel confident. Definitely my new favorite store. Lol

Came in for one thing and had a salesperson basically trying to sell me half the store. If you're going to aggressively try to sell me anything after I tell you I don't need any help, I'm not spending a dime in your store. Will never be back
