We called ahead to make sure someone would be at the desk late, and the man who answered told us he gave our 2 rooms away and he didn't have any more. The rooms were given away in the morning, even before check-in time. This was extremely inconvenient, late at night, traveling with kids. Not impressed!
Boy, big change. Really cleaned the place up. Didn't see Deb at front desk but I'm sure she'll be around because she knows the business. It was nice seeing Joe again as he taking care of some my needs. He is such a pleasant gentleman even though his cute shaggy pooch wash hit by car on Broadway recently. He's watching you Joe. Anyway, not a bad place to stay. Little pricey for just myself with 1 bed during the week. $101. Hmm. But I must say it was nice, very nice staying this time.
I'm sure they tricked me into getting a two-man room. I'd asked for a one-man room and they charged me for a two-man and had me pay before I even realized it. I only stayed one night and didn't need service but tricking me into paying more for a room I didn't need and the really low quality of the room was enough for me. If you can afford $85 - $100 per night for a room, don't go here. Find a Motel 6 or some other motel that'll cost about the same or a little less or a little more. You'll get better quality for your money.
Very poor quality. We come into Santa Maria often so we tried this place. What a mistake! Stained dirty pillow case & sheet. Long black hair on bathroom floor and on 1 "clean" bath towel. Glass table and bathroom counters were not wiped down. Floors in room weren't swept right. Rift raft hang around at night. I think they worked there because 1 was sweeping parking lot with a house broom in morning, other pulled out a left blower. White stain on curtain. Railing messed up. Arm charm was week and felt like it wanted to fall apart. Room STUNK like heavy spices and weed. Tired to charge us $20 more then online price, but I wouldn't have it. Pastries was a $.25 packaged from variety pack. No one greeted us when we went for coffee. Under age children playing in back office. When I complained in morning, when turning In key, owner did nothing about it. No partial refund. No apology. No care. Will never stay there again and if I don't receive some sort of compensation, I will direct everyone else I know as well to post a review.7
That's what happens when you turn up late at night and desperate for a room. The room was beyond unclean, not even soap was provided, the worker was opening the second bedroom with a screwdriver. We were worried if we were going to have to take shifts to keep us safe. We took the roll of toilet paper and did a runner after being there for 10 mins. $160 completely wasted. Not sure how they got any ratings. Stay in your car and keep driving.
Surprisingly it was nice. I was really shocked that during my whole stay not one time was there any creepy crawlers! Yes i was impressed! And the night time clerk, she was really helpful to my needs and yes for it being a weekend it was the cheapest in town! I thank you!
Stayed 3 days coinciding with 4th of July. Just needed a room with two beds for me and my daughter. Very quiet, with soft, clean, comfortable beds. McDonald's and Coco's restaurant were a one minute walk away, with many other dining selections nearby, including burger, Mexican, and Chinese buffet. Front desk gentleman was friendly. Also in the room was menus to order delivery food. 3 outlets in the room and 3 more in the bathroom. Bathroom tub, toilet, sink, towels and shower curtain were clean, with good showerhead and plenty hot water. Room 210.
The only problems we had were the pillows were pretty much non existent and the bedding needed updating. Apart from that we were happy. The area is lovely. Lots of things to do and see. No problems with staff they were very accommodating when I wanted to use the bath and needed a plug. Thanks guys !!
Christian and Kobe at Santa Maria att near Betteravia were awesome- quick, kind, knowledgeable and efficient- she should get a raise or supervisory role. Quite impressed. - Joe Franceschi

Itâs worth the walk across the parking lot to here from Starbucks/Target. Great breakfast sandwiches & doughnuts. Super fast service and best hot chocolate Iâve had âfrom a machineâ rich and not watery at all.
People are sleeping on this restaurant. Breakfast burrito was amazing Pancakes were good and French toast was also great. Family owned and operated. Support a great restaurant.

The food here is really good. I love that they allow you to sub out regular side or rice for fried rice! Their fried rice with spam and vegetables is so good! I got the Zoe special plate and it was really good! Parking shared with other stores so is
