Ordered three steak tacos (delivery) ,and discovered that only a very small amount of filling was in the taco .Purchased on Dec 24, in Howell , N.J .I will never ordered from this establishment ever again ! Not worth the money !
The store is very clean. There are about 14 tables available for sitting and some tables accommodate four people. the general environment of the store seems pretty modern. There are photos and videos of various board sports and other extreme sports. The menu is easy to order from. The staff is friendly and shows great personality. The men's bathroom was clean. I ordered a burrito with double Hibachi steak. All the ingredients were fresh and tasty. I easily see myself coming back again.
Overall, food is good, and the staff is always friendly. There were some early issues with incorrect orders, but lately, that has gotten better. Would recommend.
I don’t normally write reviews but for Niya it was absolutely necessary. The genuine care for customers absolutely blew me away. An absolute gem. Away from anything in bubbakoos just a great person, awesome to have a general conversation with. And the standard to all as to how to obtain success in such a backbreaking, labor intensive industry. You were simply amazing Niya!

Used to deliver. Not anymore unless through third party. I have yet to have a meal made exactly how we asked, without missing items. Called today because we had a coupon that couldn't be redeemed online (it says dine in or pickup only) and was basically berated for not "using the app to order" because they use coupons on the app too, well sorry to burst your bubble but I'm not taking up space on my phone for an app I'll use maybe 4xs a year because "the place is so busy and we might be put on long holds if we call again, but tonight is okay" How about you do the job you were meant to do, answer the phone, be friendly, and place my order? I only even came here tonight unfortunately because Poke Burrito was closed.
First time here, got a burrito. It was really, really good. We also tried the regular salsa and the pico de gallo. Wooooow the salsa was amazing. It's very clean and the ingredients were fresh. Glad we stopped by!! 👍
Fast, friendly service. Clean restaurant, fresh food, the new Manager, Santos is amazing!! Saw him taking and making orders, communicating clearly with staff, training a new employee (quite obvious it was her first day, but she was doing well) all with a calm and cool demeanor. I’ve seen some managers who sit back in the office and just tell others what to do, he’s in there with his staff, making sure things get done correctly, and making sure that the staff knows exactly what to do. I commend him, the entire staff looked new and are young. I said ask of that to say this…good management is hard to find and I appreciate it when I see it! Good job hiring him, Bubbakoo’s! I can see things are better than before, nice change!
