Service was the highlight of this visit. The woman waiting on us was cheerful and efficient. She took the time to explain various ingredients to me daughter. Kudos! Burritos were huge and yummy.

I went there late night because I had missed dinner. The service was great everyone was very nice. Frank was very efficient and made sure I had everything to go with my order. The queso cheese was delicious. I will be back.

Used to be one of the best local joints in Ocean and Monmouth - especially the original Point location. Through their expansion greed and lack of care have plagued their services, especially at the Neptune location. 80% of my 20+ orders at this location have been missing items or items are entirely incorrect outright. When you’re paying a premium price you expect premium food and premium service which no longer exists from a Bubbakoo’s experience. Never again, you’ve lost a customer of ~15 years. If lackluster and incorrect is your taste, Bubbakoo’s of 2023 has got you covered. You could can the corporate PC response, ownership. Do better.

It is Thursday October 12th 8:36 pm. I want to share my disturbing experience with your store in Neptune City on Route 35. I had placed an order for pickup through Uber Eats. When I arrived at the specified time, my order was not ready, and no one acknowledged my presence upon entering. I left briefly, as it seemed the staff was overwhelmed. Upon returning, I was finally acknowledged, and I was told it would take a few more minutes. I patiently waited for 30 minutes as they continued to serve walk-in customers. When I inquired about the status of my order again, I was informed it would take even longer. I requested the order to be canceled, but I was told it couldn't be done. I then expressed my dissatisfaction with the service and the manager, who identified herself as such, raised her voice and told me to leave her store. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. I feel deeply disappointed and disheartened by this experience. I will be sharing my negative experience with my colleagues, urging them not to order from this place. Treating customers with respect and decency should be a basic expectation. I even had to remind her to maintain social distancing. I will likely need to get a COVID test with the way this woman jumped from behind the counter and barked in my face. This was a truly a terrible experience… never stepping foot in any bubbakoos again! and I will be sharing my experience with my colleagues! Horrible…

Went here for lunch on 13/27/23 and I ordered the queso dip with chips alongside my burrito bowl and there was a clunk if hair in my queso dip. Thanks but I will not be coming back to the place

So I ordered on their app which was really user friendly and it lets you pay with Apple Pay. Loved that part. They emailed me a confirmation and told me the time of my delivery. They were about 10 minutes outside of it but not too bad. My first experience i decided to do a classic marinated grilled chicken quesadilla with pico. The chicken was very tender but a bit salty. I also thought the side of salsa and sour cream should have been bigger. It was a pretty big dish that i actually shared. I added a cookie and a side of chips with Queso which I’ve heard so much about. This Queso was freakin awesome.🙌🏿 the chips were good but they were salty. I was raised on well seasoned food so if I find something too salty then it really is salty🤭🤷🏿‍♀️ The chips need lighter salting because the Queso is also well seasoned. I would try the shredded chicken next time or maybe tacos or beef quesadilla and definitely do a side of chips and 🗣Queso 💃🏿💃🏿

The grilled chicken burrito bowl was stale. Everything about it was stale , dry chicken , old clumpy rice, nooo goood!!!
