BTW's Crafted Concoctions - New American restaurant in Tavares - 115 E Main St, USA

If you are into Christmas and coffee and cocktails, you MUST visit crafted concoctions. I have never seen as much Christmas decor in one small space. It was all so tastefully decorated and you could literally spend all evening just studying the decor. We only stopped for coffee after having dinner downtown so I can’t speak of the many cocktails that they serve. I did, however, get to see some of them come out and they look incredible. We ordered a lavender and white chocolate mocha and a cinnamon cookie butter latte. They were both good and worth the price we paid but they did leave a bitter after taste which is always a sign of a lesser quality bean. But the atmosphere alone is worthy of a visit. Next time we will try a cocktail. Update: The reply to my honest and fair review stated that bitterness is a characteristic of a good espresso and there was innuendo that I have no taste for proper coffee. “Too bitter for your palette”. I’m sorry but I owned a food truck that served coffee products and was in collaboration with many local high end coffee shops that had renowned beans. I happen to know a thing or two about good quality coffee. It is unwise to treat your customers as amateurs as we are the ones that keep your business afloat. It is our unsophisticated palates that keep you paid. Unfortunately because of the rude response I will not be returning. Bad business is everywhere. I guess this establishment is no different.

We visited for the first time for the Miracle on Main popup bar. This is a special pop up bar for Christmas time. We missed the Halloween one. It was so cute a festive and just a good time. I ordered the Christmapolitan and it was so good! Worth the stop in especially if you are looking for something festive. So cute.

We are so happy we found this place on accident! New to the area happen to drive by and saw coffee and cocktails! This place is absolutely my favorite type of vibe! We came in right before closing and did not feel rushed out, didn’t get to try the food but surely we will be back! Our bar tender Matt was super sweet! The way he spoke about the owners really made my heart happy! This is the type of business we will support! 40 mins away but we will be back and we will be back with friends! I will be sure to let everyone I know to come here! The menu choices looked amazing! Everything is freshly made and I can feel it is all made with love! I’m very very very happy to come back!

Stopped by for the Miracle pop up and the bartender was rude and crass. If a bar is going to participate in a Christmas pop up, it should be cheery snd fun. This was the exact opposite. It's beautifully decorated and the drinks that he made were actually good, but that's where it ends. Left after 1 drink. Had the energy from the staff matched the decor, I definitely would have stayed for more than 1 drink. I've already contacted the promoter of the Miracle pop ups to let them know.

I just love this place. Been here many times. We stop here when out and the boat and often times grab an adult capri sun to go. The menu seems to rotate by the season. I was there over Christmas and the holiday menu was stellar! Listen, these bartenders are highly skilled and make the most original elaborate cocktails I’ve ever had. All the servers are really welcoming and are happy to have a pleasant conversation. I highly recommend a stop! You will not be disappointed

ALL IN ONE: I believe this is the newest addition to this corner building’s line up. Must be the same owner for all three, Crafted Concoctions, BTW, & the brewery next door. It’s like an All In One for date night: desserts, food, & liquor/beer. You can order from the BTW restaurant while you drink here. Their food is great, especially the chicken & waffles. Far as this new spot, it’s cute & modern. Staff is great & friendly. Small spot with bar seating and a few tables. They wipe off tables after every use. The cocktails are mostly $10+ dollars so this would be a great spot to come celebrate at. I’d hit it again... that’s what she said.

Party of 12, so you can imagine the money they were getting from us at the prices they charge for drinks. My friend just had back surgery a week prior and wanted to get out of the house so we brought him here to get some drinks. Everything was fine until the waiter told my buddy he had to be seated at the table. We explained to him about the surgery and the brace he was wearing so it was uncomfortable to sit. Well the waiter didn't want to hear it and told us that he could either sit or we could leave. So we left . The waiters are very rude that work there and the manager was a total jerk. I was told by many other people that frequent downtown Tavares that they had a horrible experience with the staff that work there and that night I found out for myself. I really hope the owner can see this and does something about it.

Halloween decor was to die for (as expected).. however other than the mouthwatering cocktails we had, my favorite part of our time here was seeing the teamwork between the 3 bartenders. Great convos had between all three along with other patrons. Cannot wait to come back, this bar has our heart!
