Fernando, was prompt for my appointment. Extremely conscientious and very capable. He thoroughly explained the problem and gave me options. He took his time evaluating and testing the system. I’m glad I called Bryan United.
Apparently this is the parent company for Surgi’s who we bought a brand new system from before they merged. I’m in the midst of asking desperately for their assistance as we had mold growing in all of the registers for the system they installed and serviced annually ever since. We have been reporting this for over a year with failed mitigation they recently admitted was the wrong approach. Now that we paid for mold mitigation it’s time for the repairs to duct and register parts. Today I experienced something I never have as a customer. After calling 3x throughout the day and finally being transferred to a manager, that manager told me verbatim “not contact” them any more (simply due to my persistence) and that he’d have them “block my number.” Wonder how that impacts our 10 year warranty? From that point he literally doubled our quote I received last week then proceeded to hang up on me when I pressed him for the specifics of the quote. This is a company that doesn’t stand behind their work and despite a good first impression has a shady side that you should be aware of. I’m still hopeful for resolution. I opened a case with BBB. I’ve put all of my trust and more than $15k in this company.
Very satisfied. My wife and I ran our old unit down to its last leg, and Bryan’s was right there to pick up all the pieces. Clean VERY PROFESSIONAL-TIMELY install that was done in under six hours. The new unit is getting it done! These guys are pros. Skeptical about purchasing a brand new unit, but Bryan’s made that process comfortable and manageable as well. Once again: VERY satisfied
Technician was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He arrived on time and performed needed work in a timely manner. The entire team are absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend this company. My entire family uses them starting with my mom & dad when they were living over 35 years ago.
I am 1000% satisfied with the service I received from Kenny today. Not only was he very thorough with explaining what he did with my unit, but he also showed me pictures!! The plan that I pay for yearly includes diagnostics that I forgot about, thanks for the reminder Kenny!! Kenny is definitely an asset to your company.......he's very thorough, professional, and just a very nice guy!!!
Branden helped us find the source of a persistent problem. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He kept me posted each step of the way and coordinated everything for a quick repair in the same week. His estimates for time to repair were very accurate and he coordinated everything for us. I would highly recommend him and the company!

Stopped in and grabbed a chai latte, a dark chocolate mocha (with almond milk), a chocolate muffin, and a ham and Swiss croissant. Everything was delicious and the service was wonderful! I could have eaten 3 more of the croissants - it was so good! T
