Cheapest/Worst hotel ever but they got clean sheets lmao I think I didn't stay there so it may not be the worst 😅 🙃 😂 😭

BELIEVE IT OR NOT!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This place DOES have CLEAN rooms and EXCELLENT service!!! GREAT PRICES!!!! Located near ALL amenities. Peaceful and quiet!!! Located near everything!!! Kroger & restaurants galore!!! Even Golden Corral & Salvation Army!!! Call by 10am & see about availability as rooms turn at 11am. If you will be staying for a while, ask about week or even monthly rates (when available). 😎😁😉

Am currently residing here until I can find a place to live. It has a rustic feel to it. It has the basic amenities, a bed, bathroom, heating and air conditioning, and cable tv. Room didn't have a refrigerator though. Owner is super friendly. Price could be a little lower. Some renovations is needed. It beats staying in a shelter.

Noisy as hell!!!! Couldn't sleep because they have 1 microwave for every single guest there to share and it's located right next to the window of the room they put me in and it was like that 1 person could operate the microwave unless there were 5 or 6 other people standing there and they were always talking loud and yelling and laughing and carrying on. Not to mention they acted as if u had to SLAM the microwave door to get it shut. Couldn't sleep or get a minutes peace there. Other than that it was pretty okay?

A couple from my church lost their home and needed an economic place to stay. Because they didn’t have much money, they paid for a room at this place and found it ok deplorable conditions. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t shut this place down entirely due to the smells, roaches, bed bugs, and soiled bedding. I called the motel and requested a manager, only to be cussed out and hung up on because I politely and professionally asked for a refund for them. Instead, I had to bring them to a Marriott brand hotel and provide them and their children a clean and safe place to stay. I am going to report them to the health department.

If you like crackheads, hooker's, bedbug's, and roaches this is your place. But when it's the only hotel/motel in Lexington or surrounded counties what else do you expect when it cost $45.00 a night. Oh yeah we are still in 70's and 80's here everything from the rooms decor to the rooms smell of stale beer cigarettes and them hooker's what can you really expect for $45.00 a night. Don't forget your $5.00 room key return fee so make sure you have a $50.00 on you. If your brave enough to hand them a credit card it's $45.00 room $7:95 key return fee that's refunded to your credit card 10 days later. Guess they need there pet food for there critters!!

It's very disgusting place, could be cheaper much cheaper for the shape it's in, However it would be a great project for a company to come in and clean it up and remodel the whole place!💯💯!!! If the owners would let me and my crew come in and take care of all that, (Cleaning, and remodeling)) I mean it would help my company out a great big deal, not only would we appreciate it if they did but would give them an appreciation award!! Only GOD'S miracle would make this dream come true!!
