Bryan Lanes - Featured Reviews (187)
I hate to give a bad review to a business from my home town, but they are doing a terrible job at Bryan lanes. There are not a lot of options for family fun indoors and bowling is always fun. On 3 separate occasions I have taken 4-6 adults and 2-4 children to bowl. Each time we have been greeted by the rudest employees. They always look at us as a burden and have no customer service skills. Despite having rude experiences we went again and this time were not greeted at all by the staff. I walked up and said hello to the older man running the booth. He looked right at me and walked away without saying a word or acknowledging me greeting him. Another younger lady walked up and said something to him and he looked right at me and turned his back to me. Then another older gentleman does the same thing and the guy just stares at me and turns his back to me again. We stood there waiting for anything for almost 15minutes. It takes very little effort to say hello to a customer or say I will be with you in a moment. I told him they were rude and we walked out. It’s unfortunate to see a place I have always enjoyed go down the drain over bad employees. I hope the owner sees this post and works with their team to make it a customer friendly place again.
Enjoyed both great grandchildrens birthday parties they were very nice, the children enjoyed bowling. The adults enjoyed a game also.
Made several attempts to go bowling tried Bryan and Defiance. All 3 of them were closed Tuesday and Wednesday even tho hours posted on Google said they were open. Tried again Thursday google hours said they were open til 9 called around noon to verify said they were only open til 4. Because of other plans we weren't able to make it before they closed. Needs to update their hours and specify public and league. Had 2 very disappointed kids. ?Possible pro: if the prices listed on Google are correct they are very good!
Absolutely terrible experience. We called an hour ahead to ensure we would be able to bowl for my uncles 60th birthday. Get here and they are clueless, extremely rude, and provided absolutely no customer service. 8 of us drove nearly an hour to be turned away without so much as an apology. Will never come again or recommend anyone to come.
It is so fun i like the fries with cheese and bacon
Great place for little kids birthday party.
We had a great time at the bowling alley for my son's birthday party.
Considering the deal of bowling from 9pm - 12am on Saturday nights and the fact that it's a small town bowling alley that still serves food makes it a four stars. Other than that, the experience is pretty standard. Major throw back vibe, it's basically straight out of the 90s. Great place overall!
Excellent Service! First time experience. The soups were very good! They also have a salad bar, which I've been looking for in the area. We had a Frisco and a pickle burger, both were excellent. The Cole slaw isn't typical, it's unique. I liked it!
Great scenery for taking photos!! Beautiful quiet park perfect for spending time outdoors with your children, friends, family, or even enjoying a moment by yourself. Tons of seating throughout the park, paved walking paths, several designated sports
My son found this while we were on the turnpike. It's about a 15-minute drive, but worth it! We had a terrific brunch at 2pm. Breakfast food we had (pancakes, a Mediterranean skillet, and french toast) was very good. Highly recommend you get off I-
Awesome portions and good price point. I had an outstanding 12oz ribeye. It cut like butter and was delicious. Came with two sides, had to get the mash potatoes! That's how you tell if a local place is good: 10 of 10. My husband got the Santa Fe burg
The atmosphere was super friendly with a cozy diner feel. We visited the Holiday City location on our honeymoon two years ago and it was unforgettably good. When we came across this one, we had to stop. Each of us ordered a quick lunch. The soups ar
Passing through town a colleague and I decided to stop in and have lunch. As my job requires a lot of travel itâs safe to say we are pretty burnt out on fast food. The location is great. Thereâs plenty of parking and the inside decor was very we
