Without a doubt the best ice cream I have ever had. The selection is plenty, and menu changes frequently, so you can try new flavors. If you live down south, they are open all year long. Something I am very happy about, but not used to, since I moved here from up north. I am now a regular customer.

Our favorite ice cream shop near the house! Employees are really great and helpful, special flavors mixed daily, and great selection. Lots of fun incentives such as rewards club, our dogs love the free pup Sundaes (vanilla and biscuit), free cones for young kids, and BYOB bring your own banana Thursday ice cream splits 50% off. Definitely give a try to their custom flavors for a great surprise. Huge portion sizes too so be prepared with appetite and sweet tooth.

This was my first visit and it was great! I ordered the warm apple dumpling sundae and it was amazing. There are several windows to order from so it's a bit confusing to know which one to go to. I just walked up where there was another customer ordering. Quick an friendly service, I'll be back again!
Bruster's has pup cups!!! The sweet lady at the counter saw my pupper and offered it. Also they now have dairy free ice cream and it's delicious!!
Bad customer service. No matter what nationality, if there is money involved The customer is first. Don't wait 10 minutes and laugh inside of who is waiting outside to tell " we are closed". Be more polite, please!!
