The food was fine nothing special, but when I called back to look for my lost credit card, they quickly said no we don’t have any and hung up on me. Very rude! We will not be returning just because the person hung up on me like that. He couldn’t take 3 seconds for me to tell them it was thru drive thru or put me on hold to atleast pretend to check or ask a manager
Went here to get their Hot Fudge Brownie. For the price I was disappointed. I got the banana flavor (2/5) which was very bad. Their death by chocolate was good (4/5). But the brownie was ok. May be my combination of ice cream was bad but overall the experience was ok. The staff were polite and friendly. They have a drive through and there is parking as well.
I absolutely love Bruster's!!! My favorite 😋 The offer vegan - dairy free ice cream...When I 1st started going I would get the 2 scoops (cookies n cream n chocolate) now I get 3 scoops in this order.
Mint at the bottom, chocolate in the middle and on top cookies n cream. Highly recommend Bruster's.
Death by Chocolate is amazing. "Impressive" Butterscotch Sundae was reported as well. Our dogs were pleased with the free puppy cups so the vote was unanimous! Good stuff.
I went for ice cream tonight, it was closing time, the girl Arianna that helped me was a sweetheart, i moved here a couple years ago but I had never been there for ice cream. I worked here for 3 weeks and I was fired because I told the manager that a boy was stealing $100 bills from the register, so all the other employees “teenagers” decided to get together and tell the manager that they don’t feel comfortable with me, this was because they wanted to get me back for exposing their friend for doing something wrong, and the manager is rude and cheap, she hired a 14 year old which I asked her if I could work for her last year when I was 14 and she completely said no, they treated me super unfair, and there is mold under the sinks where the pipe is broken, with water leaking into a old paint bucket
Got the large waffle cone with cookies dough and the ice cream was freezer burnt when I asked of a different one the blond hair girl was rude and said that's all we have
