I truly enjoyed this visit. Everybody from service to the host to other customers were extremely friendly. Good time was had by all. The jukebox was being shuffled with old school music by one of the patrons. The bartender was heavy handed with the drinks and they flowed continuously when asked with no delay. I ordered the wings with fries and I think I ate more fries than wings although the wings had a great flavor. Worth a second stop by when in the area for a good drink and music.

The absolute worst bartender/waitress ever. Anastasia I think her name was. From the start she had an attitude, all the way to the end. I’m thinking to myself “Does she really think she’s gonna get a tip”? On top of everything my bread had mold on the bottom bun. I must say that I normally have great/good service here, but this was the worst in my entire life.

We were a party of 15 for my friend’s birthday, but our waitress, Isis, was amazing! She was friendly, patient and prompt with her service. Big outdoor seating area, a huge variety of on tap beers, and I highly recommend their triple threat wings and fried pickles from previous visits!!! While I was only there for an adult bevy this time, all of my friends’ food came out quite quickly, and other than someone eating another person’s food everything else was delivered correctly. Great spot for sports fans with a ton of TVs, too! Definitely will be back with an appetite next time!

I read other reviews first to make sure I'm not being too picky. But the Bru's room have become the blues room. Just some side notes here: Please do an extensive cleaning. I almost thought I was at a diner with the dirt build up on the blinds on the inside. Please try to serve the food as requested. Please try hiring more staff. (This is probably the most difficult of them all right now. I understand) That's it. That is all.

I was visiting Miami and Drove to see the Kennedy Space Center and hit this place on the way back. The UT vs Washington game was on and hoped to get some wings and watch while on vacation. It took around 15 to 20 minutes for anyone to even ask us for a drink or anything. After that it took close to 15 additional minutes for anyone to ask for food. At that point I asked to leave as I noticed the couple that came in with us had left too likely due to the long wait time. I was then asked why I was leaving and I was saddened I had to even tell them why I was leaving. I leave this in the hope that things will change. While we waited, there were numerous employees just sitting around doing nothing, and my wife saw one of them playing games on their phone in the bathroom. Simple tips: - bring customers water while waiting. It’s an easy way to get retention. - take orders early - acknowledge customers when they sit at the bar. It goes a long way

I had to do it to em. I went to Sports Grill the night before and had the worst experience with my chicken. So I went to Bru's the next night and got their garlic parmesan boneless wings AND MORE! Everything was so good. Thank you to the whole staff! Will be back soon! *Update 6/6/2023* 1st review was 5 stars. Now its 1 star and this is why: Came back with my family for lunch and there was no hostess to seat us. We literally stood in the doorway for 10 minutes & were never tended to. My wife went outside to the bar & asked the bartender & she said she's the only server for both inside & outside. This place has gone down the drain. Never coming back!

A great place for large parties of people. The food is good, service is quality, and happy hour prices are great. Anastasia the bartender took great care of our 13 person table.

So disappointed. Grew up going to Bru’s room during my high school and college days. Returned back on a Monday night for NFL playoff football. Went to the only bar open (outside) and instead of being welcomed got attitude from the bartender; we left instantly. Dying business. Side note to management: make your presence known; this place is dead! The Hooters a little further east was more than happy to welcome our party!! Lol
