If you want to take your pet just know they aren’t allowed on the beach. They have zero signs about it until you’re right by the water but the park rangers or whoever they are will make you move to the grassy area. I didn’t see anything about it on the website so just a heads up if you want to bring your furry friend with you. You can bring them but be prepared to stay in the grassy area. It’s a nice beach. Seems to be pretty popular!
What a delightful place to take your grandchildren and have a wonderful picnic and a beautiful day at the beach.

Clean beach, mornings are never crowded. Food and drink stand. We always have fun there
The beach area is rocky, you should wear some beach shoes or crocs. We saw a bald eagle here. Great concession stand on weekends. Bathrooms w/showers
Well let's just say this here!!!! If you like crowds of illegals then this is your beach!!!! Not a place to take your kids due to all the drinking and other wonderful things they do!! That's my view on that place!! Beautiful otber times of the year though
It's close to Cincinnati and it is just a nice place to bring your family for the day. I suggest staying till sunset and going about a mile down the road to the dam and watching it from there! Prettiest Sunset ever seen including tropical places I've been to throughout my life!
Nice place for a picnic with family and kids. You can enjoy the lake beach. Go early in the morning before 10:00 AM to get a good spot and table to camp.
Nice spot! Need to go back and check out the mounds and do some camping. But the beach is nice. !
