It was alright I guess air conditioning worked other than that entire experience g Could have been better.

Terrible,the room was old and musty smelling,no microwave.i wouldn't recommend this place for my dog

Brookside motels in all right place to stay I will say that. However what I will say bad about the place is that they charge you a $5 key deposit and alleged to you at the end of your stay with you return the key they will likewise reimburse your five dollars and I've stayed there numerous times and I still have yet to get that $5 reimbursed and as of yet worth 30 dollars that is owed to me for those damn key deposits that has yet to be given to me. I will say this much the rooms are clean the rooms are warm it's a nice place to stay if you're looking for a cheap warm place to lay your head at night I highly recommend them absent the fact that is set forth above.

The facility is reasonably priced. Cable and wifi are included. The room was small. The carpet is showing its age. The bathroom was.clean, hot water in the shower. It is a place to stay if you have a modest budget. It's quiet. There are restaurants nearby. One of the things that I noticed was the dirt around the outside of the soap dish. No frills or extras. Pop machine did not work.

We stayed there for a week between moving, and the owners were very nice and the room was clean, we didnt see any bugs at all. The weekly rate was very reasonable, and our room had a mini fridge. There is also a bus stop almost directly in front of the motel so you can catch the 2 into the city.

I call to check to see if room is available & I get two different answers. Husband tells me “yeah, just come” wife tells “NO” when I arrive. The customer service is “iffy” to put it kindly. Now, to the rooms. Cheap , old fashioned materials. Shower is smaller than a phone booth. I detected bed bugs during my previous stay, didn’t see any before that. Room is fairly clean , but can use a bit more elbow grease with attention to detail. Last but not least , the motel is supposed to offer Wifi , they tell you the password only if you ask. I’ve never been able to connect to their WiFi!!!!! If Brookside can tighten up or renovations, housekeeping & customer service , this “cheap” stay could be worth it...

We went to a Spartan race bear by and all the best by motels were booked so this was our last choice. Fortunately they had a room available and very inexpensive. But do not expect much for the price. It was clean but I know my wife wouldn't had stayed if she came here. Just got there to rest and had the race the next day.

Roaches to say the least. Bed bugs the size of uncracked eggs. And staff as nice as a bitter drink. Knock those rates down and get those sinks fixed. The roach-tel across the street is horrible, stinks and ten times as better motel than you. Keep trying though. Keep trying Brookside.
