Food was good, ordered the caramel apple stuffed french toast. Tasted well, will come back.

Ate here during New Years 🎉 Day. The servers were all very friendly. I ordered the chocolate waffles 😋 and boy they were really 👍 good. The atmosphere was also enjoyable. I would go back again.

Great place to eat. Even the cappuccinos and lattes are great! That's unusual for a place.

An excellent diner. Food was delicious and quick , prices are very fair . Everyone loved it. Burgers were top notch. Pancakes also cooked to perfection . Great stop before or after visiting the Polar Express Train

I’m in town visiting so I decided to go to the diner is still baffles me that you have so many things on the menu, but besides that I decided to order the Alfredo. I have been craving some great Italian food for figured Jersey would be the place the Alfredo tasted spoiled and had absolutely no flavor. It takes four ingredients to make great Alfredo and I believe that if you can’t make good Alfredo, then just take it off the menu. Very disappointing.

terrible terrible terrible. food was absolutely horrendous. got a stomach ache after one bite and wanted to throw up. waiter was very pushy and extremely rude. if i could give 0 stars, i would. i had such a simple dish of chicken tenders and fries. the chicken was raw and the batter that they coated them with was oozing out. the fries were soggy and cold. my dad ordered pancakes and they were terrible. my mom ordered a burger and the burger was just a turkey patty with sandwich bread that you can find in the store, with canned mushrooms, and lettuce with brown spots. absolutely terrible. should have been closed down 20 years ago. if you want to go to a real diner, go to whippany diner which is 1 minute away and will give you food like you have never tasted before. whippany diner is 10000 times better. they serve real food unlike brookside diner.

Walked in the Hostess sat us on the far side of the restaurant away from everyone else. There was seating available in the other parts of the restaurant near other customers. The restaurant was not busy. The waiter took a phone call. Customers came in after us, they were seated around other customers in the restaurant and they were served immediately.

The omelets (Florentine, Western) were very good. Home fries fresh. Pancakes, eggs and bacon enjoyed by hungry teenager. Coffee needed milk but good. Service efficient. Definitely recommend.
