Brooks Place Tavern - American restaurant in Conifer - 25577 Conifer Rd #100, USA

This is great restaurant to eat and enjoy the amazing view. The service was okay, friendly staff. A very busy place during the weekend. I recommend the classic burger and salmon plate. Cold beverages too.

Great bison burgers, crispy battered fries, really good ranch, and good wings. Guac could use a little lime juice or lemon pepper. But still good.

I've gone here a few times and never been impressed. The menu is very limited and basic. Service is pretty slow as well. When I went this time I ordered the steak fries, I have ordered them before but this time it came out different, the steak is sliced like everywhere that sells this plate, this time it wasn't sliced and worse charred on the ends, because of me ordering it medium rare, this was a problem. I very kindly asked if they could replace it with what I ordered. The waitress was nice and said no problem, so I let her take the steak and kept the rest of my plate. Now, 20 minutes later, as the rest of my plate is now very cold, I still have not received my steak. I'm assuming they put it on the back of all the other tickets because it was not cooked as ordered. Avoid this place as it was never that good and now has gone way downhill. BTW, I'm still sitting here waiting for my meal with cold sides. See my other reviews for quality places to dine.

Went there on a Saturday afternoon (between the lunch and dinner rushes)... place was BUSY - which I figured was a good sign. Fun place (that day they had live music that wasn't too loud 👍) and the good was fantastic. The service was OK, but I will attribute that to them having what appeared to be some new servers / maybe being short-staffed that day. I'll definitely be back!

If you on your way back into the city, there’s no better place to stop and grab a beer and some food. My wife and I love coming here whenever we come through Conifer. The food is always great, great beer selection, and always has an awesome atmosphere.

Great food and beer selection. Service is friendly not always the fastest. The atmosphere is very chill. We always stop to fuel after a good mtn bike ride. I have never brought my kids but I wouldn't hesitate too. They have a nice outdoor patio if the weather is nice.

Brooks is probably the best place in Conifer to eat, their food is always good, they've got good drinks and beers, and the staff is always nice and they do their best every time I'm there. They've also kept pricing the same even with inflation hitting, my favorite burger is the Baja burger and it hasn't changed since the first time I ordered it 4 or 5 years ago, the fries are top tier and they have the best ranch dressing!

Stopped in both Friday and Saturday last weekend. Great Beer on tap, food good, my Club with tots was just right, also had a solo musician on Saturday afternoon. Busy both days but the service and was awesome. I'll be back. see ya soon!
