While I appreciate these aspects, there are a few areas for improvement, such as parking space, appliance hardware, and bathroom amenities. Overall, I've enjoyed my time here and look forward to potential enhancements in the future.

Inna and Kevin are so helpful and amazing. This neighborhood is wonderful and safe for families. I was so impressed with the responsiveness I got when reporting any issues, they were quick to respond and take care of it. I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about Brookline. Highly recommend!

I was a tenant of Brookline Townhomes for almost a year and a half. It was a wonderful experience! I only had one maintenance issue ever (microwave stopped working) and they were out within the week to replace it with a brand new one, communicating each step along the way. Kevin O'Husky was great to work with, best manager ever!! My work schedule makes it to where it's easier for me to email questions, he would always reply the same day. We purchased a home and they worked with us on move out dates when closing dates changed, along with being gracious with our mortgage broker when they were requesting multiple documents from them. If we had not purchased a home, we would still be renting from them. Upon move out, we cleaned as to the best of our abilities and were very pleased to see that we received our full deposit back. This is my second time renting through a Greystar property and would definitely recommend them to anyone searching for a rental property.

We have lived here about 3months now and so far so good! Maintenance is efficient and quick to respond, there is an after hours maintenance number if needed (great for on weekends). Kevin the Assistant Community Manager has been awesome. He calls us back if not same day the next day, responds to emails, answers questions. Overall it’s been a great process moving here. Also, the walls with neighbors…you can’t hear them!

I am 1Million percent in love with my new home. My teen boys said for the first time since moving to Spokane he feels comfortable and safe. My 2 year old daughter has so much room to play now and me I look at my home and cry a little everyday. Kevin was absolutely amazing and understand and even after knowing my situation he didn't judge one bit and got me in as fast as possible minus a few touch ups that had to be addressed before I could move in but I will recommend everyone I know to work with him and I will only work with him myself.*UPDATE* I am utterly in love with my home through Brookline. It may be extremely expensive to some however I have never felt more confident and happy and safe in a home in spokane than I have now through Brookline. The change in my kids and their demeanor is astounding they have even said for the first time that they feel safe and comfortable finally as well. I am amazed at how something as simple as a beautiful home such as the one Brookline provided for me and my kids can change the lives and outlook on their lives and happiness in the home. Thank you Brookline and Kevin ultimately for allowing us to have such a beautiful and comfortable and safe home. I have already told around 12 people to go through this company.

I have been residing here for approximately a month now, and during this time, I encountered a few issues. The maintenance personnel they assigned to address the problems were not ideally suited for the tasks. However, a member of their team named Carlos, who works under his supervision, demonstrated exceptional skills in rectifying several issues, such as addressing bug problems and replacing the temperature controller. Due to the outstanding service provided by Carlos, I am inclined to give this review a 4-star rating. In my opinion, these individuals certainly merit a raise for their efforts.

The homes feel a bit dated even though they were built within the last decade, but living here has been excellent so far. Kevin and the front office staff are incredibly helpful, and the maintenance team are maybe the best I’ve ever experienced. Carlos on the maintenance team responds to requests we put in within the day and schedules a time to fix whatever the issue is, and usually happens on the same day. He’s been so friendly and his level of expertise has probably been the most reassuring part about living here. Definitely give that guy a raise!

Great place to live. Super quick and easy application and move in process. The townhomes are beautiful and well taken care of inside and out. The property management team is very helpful and easy to get ahold of.
