Nice unassuming gem of a hotel close to all of the attractions in Anaheim. I needed a place to stay for one night and it hit the spot at an unbeatable price. Upon arrival we were greeted with smile by the front desk personnel. The check in process was quick and efficient. The room was clean, fresh, and with clean crisp linens on the comfy beds. The A/C unit worked well and maintained the room at the desired temperature. I liked the fact that this hotel accepts "cash" to pay for the deposit at check in. At checkout, the front desk personnel simply run up to the room to ensure that it's not trashed, and they give you back your $100 cash deposit. Talk about efficient!

Check in was a nightmare! We arrived at 4 am and the number one reason we booked this hotel is because it said from desk was 24/7. We arrived and no one was opening the door to check in, mind you we had already booked for 2 nights online! It took us 14 calls (to which none were answered), knocking and ringing the door bell as well as honking the car for 40 minutes! We were extremely tired and all we wanted was to get checked in and go to sleep! We needed to use the restroom after a very long trip and we had to drive to a gas station since nobody opened the door for us! We genuinely thought we were going to have to sleep in our car. After 40 minutes the lady finally came to the door and as she was checking in we were explaining how frustrating it was and all she said was “I was on my break” “I don’t know why I didn’t hear you” I totally get it staff need breaks but I highly recommend staff to at least leave a sign on the door so that people know what time they are back so that people don’t think they aren’t going to get checked in until next morning! Of the money wasn’t already taken from our bank account and if it was refundable we would have left to another place. Otherwise, room was as expected and cleaned! Morning staff are very nice and location is very convenient!

When we arrived, the girl at the front desk was very friendly and got us checked in quickly, we noted we did not want maid service like the sign at the desk said to. Once in the room, we were met with a clean room with a jacuzzi tub. The AC unit was very loud but I like noise when I sleep so that was fine. The water pressure in the shower was horrible but the water stayed hot for a long time. When we tried to go back down the elevator to collect our stuff from the car it was randomly not working (despite working about 20 minutes prior), so we had to take the stairs. The breakfast was skimpy: apples, bananas, little boxes of single serve cereal and cartons of milk, pastries and coffee.

There are bed bugs here & the staff wouldn't even refund my money because of it, so I had to throw $140 down the drain. Very rude & denied bed bugs after showing pictures of them to the staff.

We stayed here for 2 nights to go to Disneyland. Just my wife and l. The location is close to Disney with places to eat near by. Everything within walking distance. The room was clean, the location was nice and the staff was friendly. My only problem was that the bath water is not very hot. The water for the shower only got me warm at best. and the bed is a little hard.

Our double king room was clean, huge with comfortable beds. My two boys had plenty of room to play. Front desk staff Thomas was very friendly. Free parking , and lots of parking lots. Breakfast needs improvement. Overall, if you are looking for a good price with clean rooms, this is it.

The room itself was very clean, spacious and comfortable. But I suggest you take an upper level room. The floors are laminate, so I heard damn step the person above me took. Great walking distance to Disneyland. overall not bad.

It was perfectly priced for our family's trip to Disneyland. We lyfted from the hotel to the park that wasn't nearly as expensive as paying for park parking. The pool was closed for repairs so that bummed us out a little for our first day, but we made the best of it. Rooms were nice and clean and exactly what we needed.
