Brook Motel Efficiency - Motel in Seffner - 11120 US-92, USA

Peaceful place to stay and affordable too. The room is a vintage type but inside every facility includes 24-hour hot water, A Microwave for warming our appetizing foods when we come tired from work we can take good sleep on a medium-sized Bed, Also a big refrigerator for storing remaining food which we bring from outside. At last, before bed, we can watch the news on a spectrum connection smart tv.

Very unsanitary and expensive. We got kicked out with our 4 month old after I cussed the manager because he wouldn't fix the broken ac unit in our room (the 1st unit broke and then they replaced it with another one that only blew warm air). Manager said it was our own fault because we were cooking in the room.

The only thing I have to say about this place that was good was the location it's in Seffner it's not a bad area Motel is very lip and it's welcoming from the outside. The rooms are outdated dirty and disgusting. For the price they charge per week they should be ashamed of themselves. If you have the refrigerator plugged in you can't have the air conditioner plugged in and vice versa. They are constantly knocking on your door wondering about something. Instead of wondering why your dirty sheets are outside the door they should be maintaining the rooms. There is also bugs the size of a golf ball. So with this being said if you don't mind a dirty room that's bugging tested and nothing that works and the manager constantly knocking on your door at then this is the place for you. Otherwise I would seek other shelter.

What a fantastic place to stay! I cant say enough good things about the property, rooms or staff. I have stayed at several weekly rental properties, and Brook Motel is by far the absolute best I've been to in the tri county area. The staff are absolutely lovely people who make comfort, safety and security of their guests top priority. Now the room itself was perfect. Tile floors, 4 burner stove with oven, full size refrigerator, comfy bed, clean sheets and fluffy towels. I mean I was astonished. In addition there are coin washer/dryers, soda machines and 2 convenience stores within walking distance. It's just perfect. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will absolutely stay there again. I don't know how it was I was not there

Very slow on getting any problems that need fixed in the rooms. Management is not very professional and rude to renters of any period of time.. Being a motel they don't come and do any cleaning ,they don't give you clean bath towels or bed sheets. Every motel I've stayed at has maid service at least once a week if not each day. Poor management with nasty attitudes. The room's are poorly cleaned when someone checks out, beds are very old and need replaced . I would not recommend it to anyone. For the price they charge better service and room service should be at least offered.

It's better than a tent has a big TV a big refrigerator a microwave and a really good working AC I'm confused on the pet thing because I seen two puppies here and a cat I get really good channels with the cable the Wi-Fi is kind of iffy depends on who's on it there was a few bugs and I had to clean the room the sheets are not very clean so I'm laying on top of a blanket covering up with my new blanket I got from Walmart There's only a stand-up shower in my room the bathroom not very big he's asking 400 a week plus the deposit of 50 and a fee of 18 dollars if useing a card

Never again. I will sleep in my truck next time. Nice full size refrigerator but that was the only nice thing in the room. Bathroom was not in good shape either
