1. The Purple Sweet Potato Salad has a refreshing taste. 2. The 3 Choice Mixed Plate, including shrimp, chicken, and beef, tends to be greasy. The beef, lacking spices or cooking wine to mask its gaminess, has a strong odor. 3. The Garlic Furikake Chicken Fries are tasty but excessively oily. Overall, the food here is too greasy, and towards the end, it becomes nauseating. It feels like each bite is equivalent to consuming one cup of oil. It would be better if they incorporated fresh vegetables to balance it out. After this meal, I really crave a vegetable juice to cleanse my palate. The service is average; even during the off-peak season with fewer customers, we still waited for almost half an hour. Unfortunately, there are no tables inside for dine-in.

This is a takeout only place. The place is small place. We went at 11 AM opening time and there was very short line got filled up really quick. We ordered beef, short ribs, garlic, butter, shrimp, spicy furikake chicken with kimchi fried rice. There is no eating inside only picking up food.

My honest opinion is this place is a 2. My son says a 3. It's not amazing food. And that's the short end of it. We ordered Garlic shrimp Garlic chicken and short ribs Kahlua pork. Sides Mac salad (just ok) Purple potato salad (gross) Sesame corn (gross) Brown rice (good) Fried rice (the better of the good) The shrimp is battered in the shell so you lose all the good stuff. Loads of butter. The chicken has the skin on it and it's as crispy as it should be. But good flavor. The short ribs seemed to be the favorite. If you eat here get the short ribs and fried rice. And a juice. Not enough flavor on some of the food tho. (Didnt get pics of all the food)

Delicious and worth trying while you are visiting. You can get the sampler plate and try 3 or 4 items. No inside seating. Long wait for food, so go early. The pork is juicy and amazing. Garlic shrimp is awesome, but you don't get enough (only 3 or 6). I could have eaten a dozen easily! Lots of free parking.

I got the spicy garlic shrimp but I think my order got messed up because my food had 0 spice. Shrimp could have used more flavor. My husband got the pork and it was pretty average. Good portion size though!! It might have been amazing at one point but we did not feel that way. Definitely average. Maybe was hyped up by Food Network and vloggers. Homemade lemonade was pretty good though! I love that it comes in a mason jar so you can choose to take it home or give it back to the restaurant.

Been here a couple of times before but right now this place is pick up ONLY. The food is made fresh so you have to wait for a while. While waiting try the fresh juices they have in the fridge. All good and refreshing. However, the food was better the last time. The Kailua Pork was good but the rice was a bit hard. We also got the butter shrimp and it was suppose to be a garlic butter shrimp?!? No Garlic in my box. The furikake chicken was good but the rice brought it down. The Adobe fried rice with a side of egg was the saving grace. I can eat that all day but get it with the eagg and hopedully tou habe chili peppa water to douse it in.

Wow! The food was the best I had on the big island. Keep in mind it's take-out only. The food came out pretty fast, and it gets busy sometimes. The food is flavourful and delicious. You could probably share one plate between 2 people. The speed of service was good, and the cashier was helpful and patient. I will definitely be back.

The food is very good, and reasonable price. We got a lot of food for a good price. They all tasted good, especially the fried fish, awesome. The fruit lemonade is also good, real fruits in it, a little pricy but worth it somehow. It’s just there is no place to sit and no service lol. I guess everyone is there just for the food.
