Brockels is ALWAYS worth it. Love this family owned business that specializes in quality chocolate and fabulous caramel covered marshmallows. We moved away 3 years ago and every time we are back in Billings, we have to stop by here.

Visited today April 8, 2023 This is very beautifully decorated Chocolate store in Downtown Billings in Montana USA. Met Jacky and Savana at the store. Both ladies super friendly, polite and professional. Jacky introduced best sellers of the store as well answered many questions I had. Store was busy continuously and both ladies giving personal attention to each and every customer which is not common these days. There are so many items in store which are all baked on site fresh every day. This is family run business from last 45 years and seems to be in good hand for generations to come. Must check this out if you are in Billings or passing by. Highly recommended, 5 stars all the way.

The shop is REALLY small. You kinda feel surrounded by stacks of things that could fall on top of you at any moment. If 3 customers are in at same time, you are kinda shuffling to get out of each other's way. But, who cares? The chocolates are AMAZING! I had so much fun building my own personal gift box. The price was definitely a bargain too. Staff very friendly. I'll be going back for sure!

My go to chocolate store used to be See’s Candies. But I am now a die hard fan of Brockel’s! I went in with my sister one day and their selection is amazing! And no matter what kind of chocolate you get, you can taste the difference between each of them. They are unique and so scrumptious!

I received a box of 12 assortment as a thank you gift and they were absolutely amazing❤️ Didn't have a single one that I did not enjoy.

If you have never had the truffles from Brockel's Chocolates, I don't know what you've been doing with your life! The customer service is always top notch. This is exactly what you want in a local small business. I can't recommend this place enough!

As you walk in you will be greeted by one of their extremely friendly employees. Their selection is phenomenal. For a little over a dollar I was able to purchase a handful of chocolate covered espresso beans. This shop is a must-see if you are already in the downtown billings area at Stella's Kitchen and Bakery or Bernie's Diner for an after meal treat!

Came here for a birthday gift and grabbed some chocolates for myself and kids. It was great!! I love cherry cordials and they were by far the largest and the best I've had. I will be back. My children loved the chocolate of course!!! They also were able to gift wrap my boxed chocolates which I thought was fantastic!!!!! The wrapping turned out beautiful and ready for delivery!
